At last evening's sprint car meeting it was decided that the purse for the sprinters would be increased next year in an attempt to generate a higher car count. Here is the revised payouts:

2^{nd 700}

3^{rd 500}

4^{th 400}

5^{th 350}

6^{th 300}

7^{th 275}

8^{th 250}

9^{th 225}

10^th thru 12^{th 210}

13^th & 14^{th 205}

15^{th 200}

16^th & 17^{th 195}

18^th thru 20^{th 190}
