my "guess" would be: it would plow the front end more due to the LF pivot moving out further.
It might help de-sensitize the left front braking into a corner though if your car is consistently loose.
I've moved a 50" axle as much as 2" offset in the car to help plant the front end.

We won a 305 feature with a 52 inch axel,but that does not mean much. I think the 52 inch axel would be best on dry track. If it works use it.
