OK, what is the difference in engine power between long nozzles vs. short nozzles? Same size nozzle. We are running a limited 360 class, spec iron eagle head.

I know there is some h.p advantage in an all out 360 motor,but I couldn't give you any numbers.I will tell that the long nozzles made my motor bog at lower rpm's,and have talked to several others who had the same problem.If you don't have loads of money,I would start with the shorter ones as I know they will work fine,and if you have the extra bucks try the long ones down the road that way you have your short ones to fall back to.-Good luck.

Thanks, I have the short ones, ran them last year. Horse traded and wound up with a long set. So I will have the short one with us at the track.

Your looking at about 7-8 horsepower advantage by going to the long nozzles.
Dirtybeer, there are a few factors why yours might have bogged. For example, pump size, nozzle size, fuel pressure, and jetting.
