THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THIS SLIDESHOW  FOR US TO SEE THE RENOVATIONS IN PROGRESS , more tracks on websites or elsewhere need to show what has been done now and in past years . Port Royal for one should show these photos on a special page , not everyone has seen whats been done there . People I met there were surprised when they saw all the improvements and there are so many that they all don't even show to your eye.

Dude Port Royal posts pictures of their improvements on their webpage, in press releases, on Twitter and since they do it on Twitter I'd assume Facebook too but I don't know that for sure because I don't nor will I ever use Facebook. What the hell more do you expect them to do? Rent every billboard along the turnpike or run commercials during the Superbowl?

Yes , I know that but they are not  obvious to most people , they should have  a separate page besides twitter page

Give it up man, nothing any track does is good enough for Bob "the ultimate expert" Altman. You should know he will always say more could be done. I'm sure even Super Bowl ads would not be enough for him or else they should have done them better. Bob can make everything better  ,  don't  you  think  ?

No , I am not an expert but it makes more sense to show people what has been done easily then searching to find photos of improvements just a few pictures at a time . Most people have no idea of all the changes made at Port Royal or exhibited so casually in thread by above of Susquehanna renovations .

You know what Bob? You're right. BRILLIANT idea. Instead of inhumanely forcing people to use up over 2 minutes of their time searching and having to use their mouse clicking away at picture after picture (excessive use of mouses has been proven to cause an enhanced risk of carpal tunnel and arthritis) I think every race track needs to somehow go back and find the names of ALL the fans who bought a ticket within the last 10 years to their respective Speedways and hand deliver some nice, crisp and clear glossy photos directly to their homes. That way, those poor brow beaten fans aren't being forced to slave away tirelessly for days on end exploring the deepest and darkest corners of the internets looking in vain for those coveted pictures of shithouses, bull dozers and piles of clay that they so desperately NEED to see. This could really work. Just imagine the millions of tickets they'll sell after everyone sees those pictures. Jesus murphy, this could be ground breaking! Don't you think so?

As I remember, Port had pictures of their off-season track improvements on their homepage. As if that wasn't enough, they let everyone know about the improvements (future, past, and present) that were being made during countless intermissions/staging/down time. I am glad susky posted pics of guys goin at it with drills and chainsaws. Port dropped the ball there.... they didn't post any pics of the guys hanging urinals or fastening the toliets. Psych.

How great are Bob's ideas? No track has hired him in any capacity yet. Not as social media director, web site manager, competition director or anything else. And remember, he is close personal friends with a lot of promoters. Which means they have all heard his great ideas.

Although I do believe one track improved their rest rooms and Bob did take credit for that.

Could you please post links or at least tell me what tracks have a section of their websites dedicated to ongoing construction and improvements? I just looked at about 15 different track websites and I couldn't find a single one that had a section of the website dedicated to improvements like you said some do. In fact, Port Royal was the only website that I found that actually had photos of their ongoing improvements. I'm just curious to see what track websites do this because I couldn't find any.

They were not dedicated to showing actual improvements but did show there facility , a lot of tracks show views of there track and what they have at there track . I am simply making the comment that alot of people and fans have not seen what has gone on at Port Royal unless you've been there and alot of people have not been there since the renovations , as met a few . It is a good thing to actaully show views of the facility in actual advertisement on there websites I think , don't you .The more you can put on a site about your track I believe its better for the public who attends .

The post I quoted said "some tracks have dedicated areas of their website for updates or renovations." Those are your words exactly as you typed it. Now you're saying it wasn't dedicated to improvements but for pictures of the facility. That's 2 COMPLETELY different things. The subject of this post was pictures of Susquehanna's ongoing construction and improvement projects and you started bitching about other tracks not doing enough to show off their improvements. You flat out posted something that isn't factually correct because once again, you started flapping at the gums without checking your facts or even having the slightest idea what you're talking about. This post never had a damn thing to do with tracks posting or not posting pictures of their facilities and you know it. And you wonder why no one takes your "ideas" seriously. You do this same song and dance damn near every time you post something.

Ok , so I make simple mistakes  before I post , ok let me clarify this one more time . I think it is a good idea for a track to have an area ,or  page dedicated to show the facility , amenities , and any renovations they make to show how they've improved the facility on there website . Lucas Oil Speedway has such an page set up , not for renovations but shows the facility itself . I am not bitching , I am saying its easier to go directly to a page on the site then just looking at twitter or other social media pages. An again this went off topic and went on about me . Photos are a good thing from Gators and is much appreciated .

Like I've said before, you never think before you post. Like your home built motor incentive. And how a few teams dropped off the Outlaw tour to run other series last year. And posting a track should run a Friday night special against Williams Grove after saying how bad it was that Fred ran a race on the same night another track was running earlier this fall. You constantly post stuff that is not thought out or not true or that contradicts other posts you have made. That's why you get bashed so much. Think before you post!

And learn the difference between "there" and "their".

As in " see those guys over THERE, that #20 is THEIR car"

Ok , you like bashing me , yes sometimes I post too quick but  , I've been right about a few things . Like Chad Kemenah off Outlaw circuit , Ok , and I had heard some would run on a Friday if it became available , not running against Grove buit who knows maybe some will , yes , it may not be good idea but maybe it will wake MS HUGHES up a little . Or to treat people better and get the track more in better shape instead of everybody running high ,as it was when I was there .
