As our 2014 season has come to a end I would like to thank all of our sponsors and fans that made 2014 a success. With all of your support we won 8 races, won Atomic Speedway Track Champion and finished 2nd in Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association points. We enjoyed racing with our team cars this year. David Smith teamed up and drove 20 races for DSR, Tyler Courtney ran 10 shows and Josh Davis raced 4 races. Big thanks for your part in our DSR season. I originally had plans to race down under this winter but decided to stay home and spend time with family, friends and prepare DSR for 2015 racing season. Sorry to all my friends and fans down under. I will return down under in winter of 2015/2016 and give it my best for another Classic win!! Our 2015 stateside plan was to run the Renagade Sprint Series and as many All Star races as possible.... Due to a recent article in Area Auto Racing News (Dec 16th), our plans have changed... According to Guy Webb "You cannot sell a series with B and C-level talent". In that statement he was referring to multiple Renagade drivers along with myself. I'm sorry Guy Webb feels that way about me. For those of you that don't know me very well my life revolves around racing, my family and fans. I live, eat, breathe and sleep for racing!!! Before I married my wife, Stephanie we sat down and had a serious conversation of the priorities in my life.... #1 racing but she run a close 2nd!! Lol ?? the All Star Series has been a big part of my career. I feel very fortunate to be a previous All Star owner champion and finished 2nd in points as a driver, next to my good ole friend Greg Wilson. With deepest regret to my fans I am announcing that I will not be running any All Star races in 2015. I will not run for a organization that lacks professionalism and lacks respect for drivers/teams, tracks, promotors and fans!!! For 2015 I plan to run the Renagade Series, run some WOO shows, MOWA shows and weekly shows at various tracks. I hope you all understand where I'm coming from with my decision. I hope you continue to support dirt track racing. Hope to see you at the races!!!
