I respect your opinion, well what that means is he is going to just flat out race & out run ya a lot worse as in putting on a driving clinic during the feature, not as in fighting or driving over anyone, we don't run over people, always clean as we race each week, read the post from TekBoy, we don't beat up on other cars it cost to much to fix things each week and does no one any good us or other racers, Thank's for your opinions after all that is what this site is for...

In responce to Mr.Waller. First off who's whinning? As for the #13 factory stock shoving the #1j into the wall on the previous Sat. night, I've watched 2 tapes, didn't see it. Sounds to me like your making excuses when you don't win. What was it you said, something about it always being someone elses fault? You are right about one thing though, it obviously made Reed mad when he got beat. He did come back harder and definatly on a mission; to take the 13 out, driving harder right into him. The 1j is so use to drivers being intimidated by him and getting out of his way, that when a driver holds his line as the 13 did, he drives harder as you call it. As for the rest of the factory stock drivers, lets let them speak for themselves. The ones I have spoke with are tired of the beating & banging thats more than just racing by a couple of drivers, the 1j included.You are right it gets expensive and most of the guys don't have the funding he does. Brill Motorspeedway needs to figure out what the blk. flag is for and use it without preferance. As for the 13 driver he never touched the cop and his pitman was pushed first, by the hothead track official. To Mark Brills credit, Brill did appologise to the pitman for the bahavior of his official. As to Mr. Reed being such an upstanding reresenative of the sport, how about his outburst over the radio with Mark complaining about the A feature lineup. You might also ask him about his 1 finger salute to the 13 (twice) on the front straight, where many fans(including kids, some of whom cheer him on every week and he is the most selected driver by the Jr. fan club winner each week), had a very clear view of his sportsmanship. Alot of fans are tired of him, but not because he wins so much, but because of his behavior and driving techniques on the track. Clean driver my blank! I,ve been to every race at Brills except the first two. I've been in the pits and watched the races from the grandstand side, I'm an ex-driver and a big fan. Mark has made some outstanding improvements at Meeker, but me and most fans I have visited with agree there needs to be more use of the black flag. As for the 1j and his crew, you said it best Mr. Waller, just face it, sometimes even the 1j loses by no fault of any one else!

Well i can take that saying is that he's going to lap everyone next time out just to show that he can! I've raced against him all year in the mods and enjoy it because i know that we will race hard and clean. If there is an incident, which we have had, it's because there was no where to go. That's just racing. And to let you all know, he and Danny both apologize when really there was no apology needed. JMO

Not going to get into a pissin match here but feel like I am being misquoted by PKS19 , NEVER said the 13 driver shoved anyone or did anything(re-read my post) ,I said the official and someone (who not sure) but was with the 13 car were shoving each other out on the track and I was talking about creating DRAMA, which IT WAS , HIGH DRAMA at it's best. D.Waller then states in his next post: NO DRAMA , C'mon , So just want to clarify my point and not get lost in this back and forth of we did , they did. As for the Brill not using the Black Flag , he used it on the 98 Sprinter the week before and personally escorted him off the racing surface with his 4 wheeler, So ya got to give credit to the guy , he did use the Black Flag then and gained my respect a bunch for that. Just needs to serve Ice Tea in the concession stands and it would be ALL good.

Well This Is JMO And Really dont care What People Think About Me. I Have raced With johnny On Different Ocasions. And he Has been Ruff And Clean And He is A Nice Guy And People Get heated In racing Deals Everybody does. And the Guy With 13 car Should have been Put Out By Mark. That was a mistake. And the driver did bump up on the cop or he would have not pulled his tazer. Which would have been funny zhit right there dont care who u are. And what is about ICE TEA bring Your OWN.

As for my referance to what you said , this is an exact, word for word quote"Whenyourshoving officials on the track as the guy with the 13 did." Didn,t say Brill never used the black flag, just said he needed to use it a little more. You are right about the Ice Tea (sweet), it would be nice when it,s so hot.

I'm beginning to really like this website - lots of variety - definitely not one sided information anymore !!! And, yea, we in the stands see and hear a lot more than you guys in the pits think we do, so try and behave - the kids are also watching your every move !!

PKS, who are you why hide your name you better watch your tape again, I beg your pardon to say we beat and bang, you are so blind, no idea what you are looking at, but you need to look again, as far as the one finger salute did you see the FS13 cars dad in the infield making jestures that was so nice, well I would love to meet you and here you opinions so stop by and say hi, come look at our car very close and see and show me all the damage from beating and banging, I have to see this, so show me, kinda of funny how clean & straight our car is, and yes it is on tape the shove to the wall, I have seen the tape, tape show it plain as day, well I appologize for the Salute, probally would not have done it if all the other stuff had not have happened, and we did not take the dude out as you state he can't hold a fricken line and cuts down instead of staying high you don't do things like that when you are racing side by side, and yes I was a driver and I had my fun as a driver, but I am 41 yrs old and to be honest I am having more fun be a owner, I have had my fun behind the wheel for along time, hey PKS thank's for your opinions, as they are welcomed, we are allowed to voice them, stop by and say hi sometime I want to know who you are, have a nice day...

Maybe you all should settle this over a Frito Chilly Pie and a Soda Sat. night at the Red Clay Oval north of Meeker since no Ice Tea is served at the facility and at the end of the meal and beverage A GROUP HUG and all will be well, and for Drive it , does it not say on the sign entering the race track no outside food or drink ,( Hell I might be wrong on that but I thought that is what it said), that is why I don't bring MY OWN or I would .

Ha, being an old racer (oldracer - hahaha), I always thought the leader got to pick any line he wants to run and the other guys have to pick a line other than the leader's to make a clean pass.  If the guy in 2nd place gets bumped, I'd say it's because he's a little too anxious to get by without paying attention to the LEADER.  Ha, I've been black flagged before for not watching out for the guy in front of me. Maybe you guys can all invite everyone to a tape watching party and then have that group hug !!!!!

if you guys get to roudy in the pits im sure that cop would love to check the batteries in his taser. hahahaha. but we haope to see you all this weekend. see ya.

Well JD I think your right it's turnin into a pissin contest. We could go back and forth all night. So instead a couple of things about the sport of racing, simple my opinions. I guess I'm Old School (but proud of it), racin is about competition, well where's the competition in beatin the pack by 1/2 a track or more every week? The real satisfaction comes from winning a good close race, not just winning. And the fun, it's in watching a 17 yr. old kid (13 FS) or any guy for that matter, win his first race, climb out of his car, whoopin & hollerin. I,m sure OldRacer will agree, it brings back real good memories. No disrespect, but arragant owners, and drivers who have forgotten what racin is, have taken the fun out of it. My helmets off to the little guy, who has few if any sponcers, eats beans all week and somehow manages to get out there and COMPETE even though he knows he most likely will never beat the likes of the 1j. But he still tries! G iv'em heck guys, you keep us com'in back.

Well, I asked for opinions. Guess I got them!!! I don't care if you root for the 1J or the 13 or none of the above, just keep coming out, and we'll do our best to have fair, competitive races, every Saturday night. Who knows what will happen next Saturday night??? David, come by the booth next time you are at the track. Be nice to meet you in person.

Brill Motor Speedway is located approx. 4 miles North of Meeker, OK. on Hwy 18.

From OKC take I-40 east to the Highway 18 Shawnee/Meeker exit ( I believe its Exit #168) then head north, approx. 14 miles, after the traffic light in Meeker, (at Hwy 18 and Hwy 62) go 4 miles further north, the track is on the West side of Hwy 18. An alternate route from the OKC area would be Hwy 62 east until you reach Hwy 18, then North to the track.

Froom Okemah and points east, go west on I-40 to Shawnee/Meeker exit, then north through Meeker, then 4 miles North.

From the Tulsa area take the turnpike to the Chandler exit, then South about 14 miles.
