Jack Dover goes for a 30000 dollar weekend with fresh Ford power.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Moss Racing Engines is taking care of the Gas Man's Ford now.  Dover won last night driving away from some guy named Lasoski and if he wins tonight could pocket as much as 30k for the weekend as there is a 20000 bonus if the same driver wins both nights.  Thanks for asking!Smile

Hey kmart....here's a "blue light" special for ya'..........you should've been there....... if you think the Dude, Brownie, or WJ laid down for  Dover, or the blind revenge draw for the pole was a fluke, or .......after the many restarts, lapped cars, sliders, and bouncing the rr off the concrete with a couple to go, etc both nights.......what a great weekend of racing........SC

I was there and I was wondering if they did a compression check on the 53. He just run off and   left the 21,77 and the 1m. Im sorry Im probably wrong and its to late now but I WAS NOT the only  sitting there that didnt.....smell a rat. Only time it was ever in doubt was a couple of times with lapped cars other than that he just pulled away....may I say rather quickly.

K mart. I hope Chuck Z chimes in but they did check compression, and many other techinical items as well. The insurance company requires an extensive tech.

So because he "out raced " the 21, 77 and 1 m. He's a cheater ???

When a Ford beats a field of chevs that baddly, there is a always a rat.  There was a rat in Texas too I hear.  Chris Moss, JJR and Jack Dover all deserve full time 410 action.

Changing the subject off of engines.....did anyone notice the various car set-ups both nights?....Friday, Dover's car was rotating in the middle and driving low off 4 w/ a ton of forward bite, while others were driving it in deep on the low side and scrubbing off speed sliding up the racetrack to the cushion to get off the corner........all four of the "hitter's" wanted to win badly, and drove the wheels off them both nights.......Saturday, when you found the rubber, you didn't need a ton of horsepower....thats why  the leaders had such a hard time with the lappers that didn't move and stayed in the fast line........as I said, just a great weekend of racing.......already looking forward to next year.......and by the way, Chris Moss obviously has his act together, and it will be Roush/Yates's loss,  but didn't Dover win quite a few running a Shaver Chevy engine before switching to Ford?

How does this engine compare to the Roush/Yates Ford?  Is this a new combo or a Roush/Yates engine with a new sticker on the valve cover?

Schatz embarrasses everyone for almost 10 years at Knoxville and never one post claiming he has an illegal engine.  You people simply amaze me.
