Not only does Wednesday have 7 more cars, but it is stacked compared to Thursday! Hopefully the KKR cars and other entries are put on Thursday.

Outlaws are divided up odd #'d points standings one night, even # points the next night (not sure what the date of those points is though (July 1st probably).

I got Dollansky, Pittman, Haud, Sammy, Gravel, Sweet, Darrah, Dale Blaney, Greg Wilson, Jason Meyers from my locks to enter left. I think a few of them would have to go to Wednesday or Thursday would be the stacked field.
Kind of premature to announce qualifying days so early when you have all these big names yet to enter.

Since you can REQUEST a qualifying day, my guess is that he pendulum has swung to where teams are requesting Wednesday (in the past they always requested Thursday) due to the new format of racing on Friday if you're not in the top 16 in points after Thursday.
This way, you have a night off, whereas those Thursday qualifiers, a majority of them will now have to race 3 straight nights (and hopefully only have to do standard maintenance and not have to re-build a car every night).
