Everytime I get excited to watch Dirtvision, many times I have ended up wasting my whole evening for nothing, ie no heats6and/or no main event action. Last week I virtually saw very little of the main from Williams Grove on Friday night. Than I figured I would watch a replay, but stupidity trying to find info about the dirtvision fiasco on Hoseheads Forum, I saw that Danny had won. I watched the replay anyway and the quality was very poor plus no qualifying or heat 1. I decided instead of sitting home on Saturday Night I went to the races instead. Did not open the Hoseheads Pages, Wind Tunnel or Speed report. I sat down Monday to watch Saturday's race on replay (didn't figure it work the next night either Live) and than I find out it was rained out when it couldn't be found. I got no email from dirtvision about the rain out or more importantly the VERY POOR Feed from Friday. So my question, what are the odds tonight's race will go off without a video hitch. I've wasted way too many hours watching a blank screen with a circle this year. The one time I went to the WOO races this year at Tulare, I guess the feed was perfect. Should I stay home and watch the feed tonight, or I'm thinking I might something better to do. At least tomorrow I know what I am doing, going to see the sprint cars Salute to Indy at Perris. For those that watch and buy, hope the feed works out for you. It's a great idea to have live sprint car racing, but so far it has been alot of frustration with dirtvision, less so with some of their competition (knoxville, ASCS from Little Rock, and Usac races from PAS. I had expected more from the WOO guys).

So far the feed looks GOOD, nice and clear. Keep my fingers crossed it stays like this all night. (But it always work for the support class, it something in the 410 motors that mess with the video feed wink )

Since they've started, no breaks or stopping in the video! Hoping that it stays that way!

It works with the 410 sprint cars Smile Does the track look a little dry? I've seen some great races on dusty slick tracks, doesn't bother me.

It is definitely very dry! Times definitely got faster as time trials went on, but I know they're working on getting the track a little bit better right now!

Yeah Larson didn't seem happy at all with the track. Since the Late Models are there the track was definitely rubbered down real quick. Looks like they are making good progress with the track. Picture is good tonight compared to some other races I've seen! Hopefully since they are working on the track, we'll see some good racing tonight!!

Hmmm, haven't gotten that yet. (Crossing my fingers). Maybe it just has to do with internet connection!

Sorry guys, I shouldn't have started watching. It must be something with my computer, everytime I start to watch it goes down, sounds like it up again. How's the track, looked both wet and dusty?

It may be something to do with your internet connection? I'm not too sure, sorry to hear it isn't working for you! The track is a lot better than it was before, but yes, wet and dusty. They had the cars for heat 1 run some laps to run the track in, and then sent them back to get refueled. Then they brought out the cars from heat 2 to get some laps. Heat 1 is lining back up now!

Here we have Comcast and not problems YET. In the past we have definitely had issues with video not working nearly the entire race! But here we go! Smile

This was my first time watching dirtvision and I will be buying again, but not for a Charlotte race. That track was pathetic!

DV was great for me last night. No problems. Fun Fact: The top 3 last night all previously drove for Tom Buch in his 13 car.
