On ESPN.com there's a good article concerning Tony Stewart spending two hours in the hospital on Sunday night visiting six fans who were injured in the terrible crash at the end of Saturday's Nationwide race in Daytona. Way to go Tony !!!!!

I agree that's a great thing that Tony has done. In my opinion, all of the drivers should visit those fans. I would think it would be a high priority for all of the drivers involved in the wreck to visit them too.

I agreee.

Tony is a class act.

He knows where his bread and butter come from.

The rest, I really don't know about, other than the Busch bros. Im sure they couldn't decide what dress they would wear to the hospital.

Pitiful, those two cowards.

Darn pitiful.

He was genuinely concerned after the race on Saturday too. Before even going to victory lane, you could see him gesturing towards that stands to one of his crew members. You could kind of read his lips and he was basically asking if they knew if everyone was ok in the stands. I agree that he is a class act. I know he does some stuff that may say otherwise sometimes, but I believe he is truly the most down to earth sports star on the planet today.

Ya know, if you ever get lucky enough to meet him, Tony Stewart is a hell of a nice guy. He actually takes time to appreciate and talk to his fans.

Great move on Tony's part. I am sure the injured appreciated the time he spent there.

Tony is connected to racing in so many ways, driver, owner, track owner/promoter. He knows that it is important to be available to the fans.

Plus having met him at a Mobil1 hospitality event, he seems to be a really good guy. Way to go Smoke!
