I have a sponsorship opportunity available for 20 teams across the US. This sponsorship will NOT consist of cash or free products unfortunatly. This is to buy products at my cost.

I've been out of sprint car racing for a few years now but we're building a couple of 305's to race here locally next season. Boy was I in for a rude awakening at the prices of parts now! $500 for a Sanders RR wheel? WOW! Seems like not long ago you could find them for $350-$375-$400.

Luckily, through my automotive business, we are set up with many suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers and I've been able to save myself quite a bit of money on parts. I want to pass those savings on to 20 teams across the US, guys like me who bust their butts to support their families 1st, race 2nd.

If your car is almost ready and you don't need many parts for 2013, this is NOT for you! We're looking for guys who are in serious need of parts, chassis, whatever in order to race for 2013. We have no monetary sponsorship available so I figure the next best thing is to save guys as much money as possible - in the end it should work out like a cash sponsorship. This sponsorship is good for all of 2013 meaning that if you crash mid season and need parts, you'll still get them at cost. This is not a 1 time order situation!

To all the Speed Shops that read this. I want to apologize, we're not trying to hurt your business. We're only trying to help the guys that cannot get help any other way. We will not sponsor multiple teams in 1 area, we will spread this opportunity out across the nation to ensure that we don't hurt anyone's business.

Most all sprint car related parts - DMI, Triple X, Weld, Keizer, Kirkey, Butlerbuilt, Fuel Safe, KSE, Winters, ATL, etc. We do not keep parts in stock, all parts will be shipped directly from our supplier to you or drop shipped from the manufacturers.

Need parts but don't fit into our sponsorship requirements? Email a parts list and we'll be happy to give you a quote. Be sure to include a phone number for us to call you at!

We will be out of the office until Wednesday Dec. 26th so do not expect any email replies or phone calls until then.

Come one sprint and midget guys/gals, getting lots of requests from Modified and Late Model racers, very little from sprint car guys. We plan to have all of our decisions made by the end of this week. Your web site consists of one JPG image. Coming along good? If it were me I would have had a site up and ready before advertising. This shows minimal effort and will drive ppl away rather than attract ppl. Just sayin....Anyone bite on this hook yet?

Agreed. A MUCH better approach would have been to first do the website then PURCHASE an ad on the homepage with a link to his site THEN post on the forum directing people to the ad...not trying to solicit on the forum.

The only bigger BOZO than this clown would be any manufacturer that would sell him after reading his "offer".

Because of all the crap we have received trying to help the sprint/midget teams, we have decided to NOT accept anymore sponsorship applications or resume's from sprint/midget teams and instead apply the extra available sponsorships to the late model and modified teams who have been thankful for the help they've been offered and a few have already received. For those of you whom we have already agreed to help, we will still honor our deal. You have all of our contact information as well as our vendor's list. We will be in touch with you soon just as we have discussed.

For the big name teams out there we have contacted and offered to help, the offer is still on the table, you know how to contact us!

Now, to answer a few comments from above (because I just can't let it rest).

Our website is in the process of being built. We have parked a logo on the home page because we didn't want a half completed website with no catalog online for people to gripe and complain about how bad our site sucks. We thought it would be better to simply park our home page and put a small list of our vendors as well as our phone number on their for you guys to call us.

The reason we approached things in the order we have is actually quite simple. We didn't decide to fully pursue this business venture until mid December. We have always helped local guys out with parts but made the decision in mid December to try to build it into something more. We already have 2 very successful businesses so we don't need to profit or make a huge profit on every sale from selling parts in order to eat (for all the crap starters, we're not in the business to lose money either). We are trying to help some racers while spreading our name! Now, because this was a late decision on our part, we have not had time to get our website fully assembled and online yet or get all of our advertising lined out. We have been in contact with several websites (including Mr. Holland from this very site), magazines, etc about advertising and we have told all of them that AS SOON as our website is fully up and going, we will be taking out ads. Also, the reason we approached racers 1st......most racers start assembling cars and ordering parts after the New Years. We were trying to get guys set up on deals before they ordered all their parts. We are NOT giving out cash, we are simply offering to sell parts at our cost to select teams across the country. In order for this to benefit those teams, they will have to be in the need of parts. What good would this sponsorship do any team who doesn't need parts??????? Why would anyone want to put our name on their car if we are not benefiting them any at all and furthermore, why would the recommend us to anyone else? We were trying to help guys by saving them money on parts. If we could save you $500 on your parts to put your car together, doesn't that work out the same as a $500 cash sponsor in your pocket? THIS is what we were trying to accomplish.

As far as the manufacturers, we have had 9 manufacturers contact us and set us up to deal with them directly instead of through our distributors after reading our post on hoseheads. They thought it was wonderful that someone was trying to help the racers and in turn they were willing to help us by cutting out our middleman!

Apparently the sprint car community is better off financially because you guys sure don't act like people needing help! Ever thought your attitudes may be the reason you can't get sponsors? You think you know it all and that everyone is out to get you!

Good luck guys and be watching for our press release in the next couple of weeks (after Chili Bowl) of who all our sponsored teams will be and also be watching for that ad on hoseheads! We'll be happy to sell you parts at retail prices!
