The Search for a Champion contest is set to wind down here in the next week or two. It would really be nice to see this contest won by a Sprint Car driver. The exposure that a national corporation can bring to the sport that we all enjoy can only help to build a fan base and support race teams. Although large corporations are already involved in the sport on a regular basis, adding another to the list on a local level can only be a good thing.

Not only does he make a great candidate for this opportunity as he, along with The Sprint Invaders, put on an exciting show, but it would also bring a national company into the realm of local racing, something that needs to happen more often if this sport is going to survive well into future.
