I discovered a way to listen to the dirtvision audio broadcast of tonight's race but it should work any time dirtvision is broadcasting.
Follow these steps:
1)Download the free app called "ServeStream" from Android marketplace.
2)Once the app is installed open it up and it will prompt you to enter an audio stream address. Type in this address exactly:
http://azul.streamguys.com/dirtcar?MSWMExt=.asf
3)Enjoy! I am listening to the stream on my phone right now.
