Fish, you first said "They will leave, they ALWAYS do". Notice the word always. Now you're saying all but 3. Keep changing your story, one of these times you'll get it right.

i love it when tools like msu12 come on here and try to bash pa racing! its obvious you are not a true race fan and a arrogant somebody who tries to get under pa fans skin! some of you so called dirt fans need a reality check! like someone else said, i dont see any other guys far west traveling here for our big paying shows, so why would our guys waste there time traveling out west for 1 or 2 big shows! i give kudos to anyone who travels anywhere to race! you people amaze me on here! i have seen racing in other states, and enjoy it is much as i can! some of you tuff keyboard jockies need to get a life, shut up and go enjoy your local racing instead of crying/jabbering why so and so sucks etc!

Nice hypocracy; do you also love it when "tools" like cubic come on here like an "arrogant somebody who tries to get under woo fans skin"????

Best of Luck finding a single post of mine, in regards to the Posse, that is not a response to some "pa racing" fan that "come one here and try to bash" the WoO and/or any sprint car racing outside the Posse. I simply provide FACT (stats) to rebuttle the WoO bashing by a certain Posse fan that always pops up when Williams Grove comes around. Don't know where the "arrogant" comment comes from unless you are making a reference towards the statistics provided being FACT.

Amazes me how some of you intelligent keyboard professors need to research other peoples comments prior to passing judgement and throwing tuff keyboard comments like "crybaby/jabbering" "tools" at them.

I love the racing in Pa and I am a huge fan of the rivalry between the WoO/Posse; it is a great thing for the sport. And YES, when I read a Posse comment like "spank you again World of Also Rans", I am going to provide a rebuttle to the "arrogant" "tuff keyboard jocky" that chose to "get under woo fans skin" by "jabbering by so and so sucks".

How did I change the story? It's not like I said I forgot to put most before always or sum such... Jeez, with all of my rambling post's on here messing around with the Hawk, and that's the best you can do?.... How about the vast majority? Thats the ticket, the vast majority leave Penn..LOL And yes, my family really did leave in the late 1700's.

Not bad buzz, but there is no question that Pittman is just a hired gun from Oklahoma who's driving for a Posse car owner.

There also no question that some great racers come out of Pennsylvania, but as far as I'm concerned if they ain't grown there, their not the real deal, they ain't Posse. What if they had a Posse without any Pennsylvania drivers in it, would it still be the Penn Posse or just a Posse?

Indicators of Pennsylvania residency include:

• renting, leasing, or owning property in Pennsylvania which you use as your primary residence

• paying Pennsylvania state and local taxes

• having registered personal property such as bank accounts, stocks, bonds, and an automobile in Pennsylvania

• possessing a current Pennsylvania driver’s license

• majority of race schedule in Pennsylvania

But there is a conclusion. The World of Outlaws is now a bunch of over-regulated cookie cutter race cars EXACTLY like the ones that race in PA every week so they get beat.

Riiight, has nothing to do with the track does it? The Posse win consistantly outside of the Grove. It's pretty amazing actually, with them winning so many $10k to win races outside PA, that they don't travel more. Must be their warm comfy beds they love so much........oh wait haha

I've finally read through this entire, painful post.

Couple things:

Why don't PA drivers tow 4000 miles to CA for the dirt cup? My guess is that, by my logic, that's close to $5000 in gas round trip to tow. Why do that when you can race for more money in PA in the month of September. Take into account that the guy LEADING PA points right now (Leppo), does not have a full time crew(never has, all part timers with real jobs except for semi retired Steve Smith), hell, he's not even running the Grove full time this year.

That brings us to the PA Points Standings. Let me do a run down for you: 1)Leppo (PA born), 2.Rahmer (PA born), 3.Dewease(PA Born), 4.Hodnett (resided in PA over 10 years now), 5.21-Montieth (PA born), 6.87-Krimes (PA born), 7.48-Danny Dietrich (PA Born), 8.17b-Steve Buckwalter (PA born), 9.17-Tyler Walker (CA born -Found one!!!!!!), 10.27-Pittman (OK born - two in a row!!!!)........so to answer the question, the "home grown" drivers are in 1st through 8th currently in PA, not too embarrassing, I'd say. BTW, in PA, you have to finish top 10 or you don 't even get a point. Having the money to show up all the time and ride around in the back doesn't cut it. Both those cars listed in 9th and 10th have run as many races as the 8 ahead of them. Just the facts.

Finally, everyone wants to bitch about this rivalry, but the WoO created it. Look at their website vs the Grove website and let me know whose doing more "bragging" about winning/taking home the cup.

Next is the rules that the Posse is using to their advantage. Uhhhh, the WoO writes ALL the rules for 410 sprints (Williams Grove, Port, Lincoln didn't go to Goodyear until the WoO gave them no choise), PA follows along so they can be "competitive" when the big money the WoO brings to the show is on the line. Seems to be working out.

That's all, four paragraphs chock full of fact. I love that the WoO drivers come to town and enjoy watching them for sure, even buy a WoO shirt from time to time. I've already admitted that certain people on the PA side paint their own picture, now I'm showing you that the rest of the country does the same. In PA it's driven by passion, other places, maybe a little jealous? I could be wrong....

A couple of things....

Point 1 I fully agree with, absurd to expect the Posse to go to the Dirt Cup, Ohio Speedweek on the other hand....

Point 2, not sure what the point is, but Pittman won the race, he's from OK, but let's just assume he's Posse.

Point 3, this current bunch of WoO execs have certainly PR'ed the hell out of this rivalry, but to say they started it ignores 20 years of this, which really got going in 1990 when Krietz claimed cheating.

Point 4, it is undeniable that the Posse running this track every week is a big advantage, and they are dialed in with the current rules package. This is a point no one can deny, the Outlaws on average dominate the Posse everywhere else, they compete with similar numbers, including Knoxville, Lowes, Lernerville etc.. And where Dewease, Rahmer, etc... have gone and travelled off the porch, they often simply are not competing for anything higher than 10th.

We brag about our drivers because they are good, not the best but good. We can say that there is no state better then Pa. If anyone in this forum can name a state that has beaten the World of Outlaw Drivers (the best in the world ) 10 out of 11 races please tell me. Yes i no they run there every week and they better no how to win there, but lets look at how many times the Outlaw drivers run at Knoxville compaired to Pa. drivers the past lets say 5 years. Im a Lance Dewease fan and im thinking he may have won Knoxville Nationals once by now if not place in the top 10 more then once if he had as many laps as they do at that track (maybe). I say maybe because things can happen, just look at Freddy Rahmer to my knowledge he never has won the grove open. I also believe Lance beat the boys on National tv (speed channel i believe it was)out side of Pa. a few yrs. back, so when he runs with them I thinking top 5 top 10 fin. not a finish out side the top 10. So yes we arent the best but we sure can beat the best.

I do believe Rahmer has a WoO win at Lernerville as does Dewease, I also believe Dewease has a couple wins at Lowes.
