Knoxville Raceopoly Game Available

5/3/2007 - In celebrating Knoxville Raceway's internationally known reputation and success, we're offering a limited number of custom-designed Knoxville Raceopoly board games that include a valuable individually numberd certificat of authenticity!

Professionally produced, tested and ready to entertain your family and friends, the game allows fans to acquire track property and nationally know icons such as the Nationals Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum, Ralph Street and Bob Trostle's Shop!

For game tokens, you can choose a winged or non-winged sprint car. Be careful how you throw the dice as you might just end up in the pits! Landin on the "Berm" or "Cushion" spaces will force you to draw a card from the board's middle. You might advance you token to "Turn Four" or receive a "Get Out of The Pits Free" card. Hey, there's even a card to buy a seat on "The Bus to Moonlight Bay."

Although the game will bring back many fond memories for Knoxville Raceway's older fans, the youngsters will enjoy playing it while learning some of the hisory associated with "Ol' Knox" as Jan Opperman called it.

Was wondering if Knoxville version has any "Win a World of Outlaw race, collect $10,000" cards?

Lord, I apologize...

Has there EVER been a Posse regular with as many Outlaw wins as former Knoxville drivers like Lasoski and Wolfgang, NO, NONE, ZERO. Heck, Wolfie went into PA as a Knoxville regular and flat out embarassed your guys for a few seasons. Are there any current Posse drivers (not Outlaw transplants who went there coz' it was easy pickin's either) who have won on the road like the many former Knoxville drivers like McCarl, Dollansky, Madsen, Lasoski etc. who have done so? Fred has one full field win on the road and that was in PA, Lance has none, Greg won as a Memphis resident, Kreitz may have one or two, Pauch is about your only guy and he's not even full-time, just better than the rest of 'em.

You lose big-time in this comparisson but are you bright enough to figure that out, it involves more than a cut and paste job? Take It Easy......

a loser talking about a loser...must be a democrat in the woodpile somewhere.

or as David Byrne would say:

Once in a Lifetime
-----------------------

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful
wife
And you may ask yourself-Well...How did I get here?

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.

And you may ask yourself
How do I work this?
And you may ask yourself
Where is that large automobile?
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful house!
And you may tell yourself
This is not my beautiful wife!
Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.

Same as it ever was...Same as it ever was...Same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was...Same as it ever was...Same as it ever was...
Same as it ever was...Same as it ever was...

Water dissolving...and water removing
There is water at the bottom of the ocean
Carry the water at the bottom of the ocean
Remove the water at the bottom of the ocean!

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/in the silent water
Under the rocks and stones/there is water underground.

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.

And you may ask yourself
What is that beautiful house?
And you may ask yourself
Where does that highway go?
And you may ask yourself
Am I right?...Am I wrong?
And you may tell yourself
MY GOD!...WHAT HAVE I DONE?

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/in the silent water
Under the rocks and stones/there is water underground.

Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by/water flowing underground
Into the blue again/after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground.

Same as it ever was...Same as it ever was...Same as it ever was...

LOL... How many World of Outlaw wins did Lasoski have at Knoxville as a "local" again?

And has anyone won there this century...lol?

I'll give you a good driver is probably only worth a couple of tenths so it's more a lack of competitive race teams problem than it is driver related. Having to start so far back in the heats and features, and running a hundred times a year, is what makes for all the Outlaw caliber race teams we have around here...bootyshake

Why are they Outlaw caliber raceteams at one track in the country for the most part, riddle me that one? Deal with the realities of what happens, Florida being the most recent sample, then let it go and get on with your life, have a great day. Take It Easy...

That driver on the right (Lance Dewese) looks exactly like Billy Bob Thorton! Why aren't any of them smiling after winning a big race, lol.

another decent post........this one promoting a pretty cool game (with a Knoxville twist)........and you fools ruin this too. You stooges should start your own forum for yourselves and argue there------you know..........since you got all this time on your hands.

it is really amazing, or pathetic. Can't decide. that ya'll still argue this when you KNOW.......you KNOW it accomplishes nothing. It doesn't even stir up a nest or anything...........it has sadly almost become the norm to sign into this forum and see this stupid shit. BTW MSPN.....you're CANADIAN man! enjoy your good fortune..........don't degrade yourself by arguing with americans (and republicans at that).

Actually BRR it was rather FUN for me, she didn't say too much at all, her friend had a pretty big mouth though and as per Posse style was misinformed. They were complaining about RaceCar Johnnie's site where anyone can post under anyone's name due to the NO password policy. I explained some idiot was using my name to say crap and they still didn't get it. I then explained to Deb that her husband and I had chatted in many places over the years and what a fan I was, asked her about the feature story I wrote about him in an Aussie mag after his biggest career win, not sure she got that either but Fred knows and has it, lol.

As for Knoxville, until the last couple of years Fred has been horrendous there, just ask him. More often than not he hasn't made the A-Main on the final night, look it up. This doesn't take away from a Hall of Fame career though and the best interview in the country in Victory Lane. Sorry to set the record straight for the cheerleaders and no clue guys like Hawker and his buddy. Take It Easy....

PS Hawker, by the way, YOU told me at the one night you went to the Nationals last year that you weren't going to many races anymore but you also told me you were Pro NST as a joke at the Chili Bowl too and of course changed that story as well, you need to get your BS in order, lol....

What ever happened to Racecar Johnny? Had not heard his name in ages. Figured MSPN must have met him during one of his visits to PA and killed him off. LOL And what about Charles R. Keyser? Before there was BRR vs. MSPN, ol' Charlie and MSPN used to make for some great reading on here.

there is always one common name involved...against whom ever Nelligan is aimed at that particular day.

at least he is famous for something...

A better question might be, how did the Posse once again get dragged into a discussion about a Knoxville board game?

...Nelligan!

(...and again ...and again ...and again...lol.)
