Thats just some more stuff the politians have covered up or tore down from our past. There was a rail system in OKC before! I think theres still some of it exposed in Stockyards.

Hey, if anybody knows a few things about railroading people and projects, it's Hizzoner the mayor. The reason they did away with the Interurban system in favor of buses was that buses could go on any street and reach people who couldn't easily get to the stations, and the buses could be almost instantly re-routed when city growth patterns changed. This is just a chance for a few million dollars to "fall off the table" and disappear down a black hole. If you're going to spend money, get more comfortable "trolleys" and keep them running later and to more places.

Just another way for ol Mickey to try to keep up with the Jones'es tryin to make it that "big league city" I love my city but damn quit wasting all out tax dollars tryin to make it somethin it's not . Give it to the kids not all the money grubbin politicians tryin to land stuff here ................Impeach Cornett !!!! Lol
