Wondering if anyone has any information on the latest rumor that the track will be sold to a developer after this season? Hope not, but i guess anything is possible?

I go to the Grove every week , and have heard no such rumor. It's HOGWASH!!!!! It has to be because It's not posted on Ibracn.com

lol....it's probably worth more as a race track.
Pink haired lady never looks too happy however, hopefully someone buys it.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car

You can tell it is the end of the season....the traditional rumors start to fly.....this rumor comes around every fall for the last 4-5 years....

I had heard something concerning this beginning of last week as well. A certain sponsor of the track is telling people that it will be final in December. This is just hearsay, so take it for what it's worth. If you think about it, Monroe Twp. would make out better with 100 and some property taxes compared to one, right? Look across the Grove Rd., you think they ran street drainage and precast concrete with manholes in the farmer's field for irrigation? We'll see...
