First let me apologize if I made anyone upset with my post last night. That was not my intent. I can assure everyone the board members are still working on saving the track. We will not rest till it is done. As we say to each other Game On. Although, not much can be done outside right now we have been on the phones contacting people to make this fight even broader.
The LLC is working on situations that can not be fully discussed in an open public forum. I know people would love to hear everything we are doing every step of the way. However, we feel it would do more harm than help at this time.
We have been contacted by a local musician about having a possible benefit concert with numerous artists. This musician participated in flat track motorcycle racing. They read the Gazette article and was very upset at the possibility of no Grandstands and wanted to help in anyway they could.
Remember due to the weather conditions we were forced to move the signing party and rally to next week.
Those that are wondering what would happen to the money that was generated from the fight if there was no fight anymore. That money would goto a racing charity or some type of racing foundation.
Lets not loose the war. GAME ON and NEVER QUIT
"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands
in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he
stands at times of challenge and controversy."
