The song seems to remain the same, 7 races, 5 won from the front row the other 2 from the second row. Let's check that stat after 7 races in the heart of sprint car country, central Pennsylvania.

Methinks it is easier to pass Josh Wells, Mark Coldron, Micheal Carber, Alan Cole, TJ Stutts, Rick Lafferty, Chris Meleason and company than it is to pass any of the top 16 Outlaws. There is a reason those guys start up front when you start handicapping. But hey, nice try.

easy for who to pass these drivers...the Allstars?

Wells got a Floriduh win against the F Troop before he won his first here...and Carber was leading the night before the Open until Solwold ran over him in turn 1...and apologized to the fans over the mic for it.

we will let you know when your boys eek out a win here...until them worry about your "top tier cars" before you screw with our second tier.

for the record - several of our Outlaw Asswhippers came from outside the first two rows to beat the traveling circus...heck some even came from outside 10th starting spot.

So Mark, why is it everytime I print something true about your posse, not even in a negative way, just a fact that you can't deny, you have to automatically put down the All Stars? Where in this conversation were the All Stars mentioned? Have you ever heard me say the All Stars are better than the posse, or the WoO? Gee, I am surprised you didn't feel the urge to add some cheap shot about the scales like you usually do, even though you know I had nothing to do with that as you and I and Clint were having a nice conversation on the front stretch when news came of it. You just always have to turn mean when anything about the posse is mentioned. Do you not realize that it is people like you, maybe even you specifically that has the posse so hated on here. Not the posse drivers, racefans here respect them, it's just you and a couple of cronies that have the posse disliked.

Would you like for me to print the Florida stats of your posse brethern this year, or would you prefer to just go to the other thread to check them. You are the one who mentioned Florida, not me. It was not pretty for them down there this year. Lapped traffic at best, well, the few who even made an A that is.

If you are so sold on your posse, then why have you not mustered the balls to call me on the wager I offered? I would think $150 for every posse win vs the Outlaws on your own soil vs $100 for a win by those pathetic Outlaws would fill your pockets.

I am not Mulligan and don't appreciate you treating me like you do him. I can at least give him credit for being more of a man than you, he at least goes to PA and faces the fanatics like a man with no backup. You come to Ohio and cower at your campsite until racetime and surrounded by fellow posse. Grow up little boy.

Winning from the front is a parade, winning from the back is a good show.

Why don't your PA boys come to Eldora and win the Royal from the back? It will never happen b/c there is actually competition at the front. You couple of absent-minded Posse fans need to get some sort of clue.

There is a reason that Posse member barely ever venture over to Ohio (they know they probably won't even make the feature)! At least Ohio drivers have they gull to go to PA (no matter whether they run good or not). Keep it on the porch ladies!

YIKES hit a nerve there! poor poor me....poor poor you...poor poor Mulligan....poor poor anti posse fans that dont like BRR. i camp with my friends here and there, im easy enough to find at the track, met many from Ohio, Kville and parts unknow who sit in my seats on occaision. plenty of folks across the plain that have met me and we get along just fine...we are all entitled to our own opinions. sorry that bothers you.

the Floriduh subject gets puked up by Mulligan weakly so it would probably ingraciate you to go ahead an post it again. only one of the guys you singled out above attends the Allstars points races in Floriduh.

the Grove is not the only track to handicap the points leaders. McCarl used to pick his way thru the local field at Kville.

fyi: you wager a bet offer when the top 3 local teams have left the sport...great vote of confidence on your part. i made a counter offer Posse vs. Allstars and you stepped away.

i fail to see where betting on the biggest check books in the business is showing any kind of balls. i like our local guys because we have a stronger field than parts unknown and especially appreciate the 2nd tier guys. guy just like the ones you just took a shot at.

this is exactly what got your buddy angry when his grandstand evangelism backfired.

It would seem like it is your nerve that gets struck...often, like anytime someone mentions posse and doesn't say "the worlds greatest" in the same sentence.

I also fail to see where I took a shot at anyone. I said it is harder to pass the top guys in the WoO than it is your guys that start up front. Is that not true? I was at three nonsanctioned shows at your mecca and each time Mark Freeland started on the front row, he went backward faster than your big dawgs could go forward. Who was passing who? I mentioned the guys I did because it seems they start up front often under your handicap system. Not knocking anyone, just regurgitating some facts. YOU called them second tier, not me. I would think that would be a bit of a put down. But if you want to call them second tier, fine. How is passing a bunch of second tier guys so difficult? There is a WIDE difference in your top tier and second tier. Put your second tier guys on the WoO tour and start them upfront and they'd get passed all the time there too. But it's not as easy to pass the top WoO guys, that is all I said. Sorry it struck a nerve with you. If passing second tier guys is what makes for a great show, then indeed you do have the "Greatest Show on Dirt".

As for traffic who raced in Florida, I could easily have added names like Clabaugh, Darrah,Wolfe, Busby, it's still basically the same thing. Not much competition for Rahmer, Hodnett and DeWease. (Darrah is gonna be a good one, he did some good things in FL. Wolfe too, all good guys as well, but none of them actually went forward in a Florida race)

As for McCarl passing at Knoxville, yep, you are right, but I didn't know we were discussing Knoxville. And I don't see any Knoxville types starting a thread or crowing like you guys. Nice spin attempt though.

As always, you fail to support your locals by putting your money where your mouth is and then use the All Stars to spin it away. I only was giving the head cheerleader a chance to show his support and make some money for a new skirt. Sorry to hear that you won't have any quality race teams worthy of support in posse country. Is this the beginning of your newest excuse for Outlaw dominance in your country. No more money. I always thought you guys were as well or better funded than most Outlaw teams. You're still sharp, always have a new angle, I mean excuse.

Enjoy your racing, I'll leave you alone since it's no fun bantering with someone who has no new game, just the same old gimmicks. In parting, I agree, the posse locals are the best, still will be I am sure despite the fact all the money has run out according to you. And again, fine racers and good guys. Enjoy, and thanks for the chuckles.

WoO points position 33 A nobody All Star guy named Greg Wilson right!

WoO points position 34 A Posse legend so they say FFR!

Actually Greg has won $100 more than Freddy.

Mark tell me how this is possible? Is Fred's new deal down on funding?

It's about time for some POSSE ASS WHIPPIN to begin courtesy Mr. Shepard from Maryland, the state to the south which you folks like to try an include into your own!

First few lines are public knowledge the rest is my opinions which I think I'm still entitled to!

frank - actually freds new team is new...i dont dig into people wallets but i think fred can take care of himself and will have the team tuned soon enough.

i enjoy the divesrity of opinion, and also enjoy pointing out that our racers are regulary called out by the mighty as the toughest competition they face...their words not mine.

bob - our second tier teams are less funded than the "big 3 - big 4" as some would refer. they are the toughest 2nd tier in the business. rahmer, lance, hodnett and other established Outlaw Asswhipper struggle with them every week. matter of fact, those three guys comment on how tough it is to QUALIFY in the 10 lap heat races.

keep in mind that the front row of the main event is the lowest point/dollar average car that qualifies thru his heat and is often a low buck team with a first - second year driver. sometimes these guys start their heat on the front row as well and run well...earning them the spot thru a combination of their efforts of this week averaged against their misfortune from previous races. this is called handicapping. Kville does it, that is why the point is relevant...your readiness to excuse the parallel is expected as it doesn't fit your agenda to compare apples to apples. many Kville locals have a similar racing budget as out second tier teams. denial of that and your readiness to climb on the circus bandwagon is precisley the point i was making, thanks for doing it for me. this might be why you will not accept the Allstar / Posse bet...because the funding levels are more similar...and then it comes down to talent.

i will put my money where i put my money...if you believe so much in the WoO why dont you jump on that all time low stock price. betting other fans is not going to do your pets as much good as a confident and diverse group of financiers...unless you don't have quite that much confidence.

i will agree to let you alone too, coaches are always consumed with games and this may be why you must always challenge for position which is entertaining at times. regarless, both of us know which team beats the WoO the more regularity.

I agree with coach bob. The only reason I am ever anti-posse is the people that won't shut up about them. I had no problem until the dirtvision chatroom during volusia when all I saw was "posse is the best! posse is the best! It was so ANNOYING. And its not all posse fans. But some of them just give posse country a bad name. It's great to see locals beat the outlaws. But some posse fans just make you want to see them do terrible just so we can shove in certain people's faces on websites like this.

Actually I beleive the Talent you talk about is more laps/experience on a unique track. As said before, the All-Stars get it handed to them at the Grove and Lincoln, the posse cars at Attica and Fremont are usually lapped traffic, it all evens out. It all comes down to laps on unique tracks.

Could really care less, it's personal preference really. I grew up on racing in central PA and lived for when the outlaws came to town. I could sit there and watch the same guys run every Fri, Sat and sunday so seeing the big stars come to town was the $hit. The difference back then was that I was seeing the likes of Wolfgang, Allen, The Smith's, May, Yingst, Wolfe, Kauffman, Lotier, Kerr, Siegal and a strong group of lesser knowns go at it on the weekends. There were some wars there. The so called talent now is watered down. The old timers still win and the young guns have water pistols. The guys that have the money and a crew chief start in the back and run down the guys with recycled cars, undeveloped talent and the crew chief that's there for the Bud Light. If your lucky one of the big guys will get a flat or break and you'll get a different winner, until the next week. I mean it's the same thing every week. Rahmer's runnin 10th and get's 4 cautions between laps 15 and 25 and jumps 2 cars on each start and is right in the hunt. He ultimately puts a bully of a slider on some kid who's pi$$ing himself and wins the race. Then the Dewease fans start yellin, then the hodnett fans are mad, then some guy wearing a URC shirt yells HAIL RAHMER. Kinda old after a while, but if that's what you dig then that's cool. Personal preference. My favorites run the Outlaws, so obviously I'd rather travel to see them. As long as my guy does well I could give a $hit where he starts. As far as I know they run qualifying for a reason. If you earn the right to start up front and you stay up there then you deserve to win. And for god sake if you think that the cars and talent aren't tougher and more evenly matched on the Outlaws your nuts. Put those Posse cars on the Outlaw circuit for a month and start 'em 12th every night, see how they do. But hey ya alway's have the All-Stars win's to fall back on... whatever. Bottom line, people like What they like and nobody can make ya change.

Let me respond to Freddy numbers first.

The point is not so much where they started but how did they get there, did they earn it or was it the luck of the draw, let's see? Earning a front row spot is based on qualifying, racing through your heat and then racing through the dash, three distinct efforts that all have to be performed very well. Then you get to start in front of the best dozen or so racers in the sport at every track in the country but one, is this a small feat when you win? Hardly!

Mr. bsp you have hit the nail right on the head and I absolutely agree with everything you say. The blind Posse fan worships the big three and they finish in the top three most of the time if they don't crash or break, regardless of the inversion. The rare time it doesn't happen is a green to checkers deal where the leaders are gone and the yellows don't give it to the big dogs, YAWN. The big dogs have earned their spots, I will give them that and I also think it has hurt the development of the younger guys there as a result. It will never cease to amaze me how much 410 racing is in PA and how rare somebody makes it on the big tour. Evdery time I say that I cringe thinking of just where the G-Man was heading, he was improving with every lap and would have been a star and the Posse's new hero.

Bob, BRR talks the talk but never has walked the walk, he knows who is better and he knows what happens when his boys hit the road, he also knows about the heavy advantage the layout of the Grove is and it's effect on the Outlaws. Florida has been a total embarassment for the Posse for four years and will continue to be that way IF the Outlaws show up to run at East Bay and Volusia in races that are not sanctioned by them. Heck, Bill W brought up in that lengthly thread that the results from Lincoln and they were amazing to some (the Posse pretended it was never there and never responded) but not to me and others. 34 races and 4 Posse wins and because the last one was Freddie some of the fans actually believe the Outlaws are aftraid to go back, lmao. The three latest trips to Port Royal was equally as bad if not worse, when was the last time an Outlaw race finished in PA with two Posse cars on the track, yikes! But enough about this dead horse....

They don't give out A-Main wins with the Outlaws, heck the two day shows are now exactly that, two separate shows and if you can win one more power to you. There will be some upset winners this year, there always is, heck PA can steal one or two as well. Bottom line, the racing for the whole night will be fine if the track is up to it and with the emphasis on the heats now being such that you have to earn your way into the dash this is only better for the racefan. Eliminating the lapped cars from screwing up a late race restart is brilliant as well, if you don't get that one you don't go to enough races to see what I am talking about. Enjoy folks and complain out of jealousy all you want, just go there first and have a perspective to use, Take It Easy.....

the last time only 4 WoO drivers qualified for an A main was the Grove Open - 2006.

i believe Lance is the only driver to come from an invert position to beat the Posse (12th), the Outlaws (was it 13?) and the Kville regulars (not sure if the invert 10 or 12?).

more rain on the circus pity party parade...

but look at the bright side, the sun is out and we have racing on the calendar already!
