ok since nobody else will volunteer to do it i will because i want a new one too. if anyone is interested in trying to get a new game and will take a min to write a letter to whoever (ASCS, ALL-STARS) then email me [email protected] and i'll give my address to mail your letter to. and when i get a bunch (if i do) i will send them all together. if anyone has any other ideas i'm open to suggestion.

Rfactor will soon fit all your wants and needs unless you are an offline only gamer. Unlimited amount of drivers in an online race. The game is openly modable and has much superior graphics compared to the old ratbag games.
In comparison, you could only have ten drivers max in a race with the old ratbag games. The online code was suspect at best and in the higher quality ratbag games (WoO 2002 and Saturday Night Speedway) you couldn't add new tracks or skins.
For an example, here's a video clip that some guys from New Zealand made, running midgets at my version of Huset's in Rfactor.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hi0uVBcGnD4&feature=related
Keep in mind that the game looks much better than what the clip shows. The video has to be majorly compressed to get it on youtube.
We've also released a version of Silver Dollar, Knoxville, Vegas, Williams Grove and Attica. Also, Chili Bowl, Eagle, Fremont, Belleville and Bloomington are very close to being released.
There also is a new sprint in the works.
Forget the existing game companies. They've never got it right. This kind of gaming needs to be developed by people that have a passion for the sport, not by someone that tries to get you to buy their game by putting a cheap looking version of Tony Stewart's sprint in it.

Powerslave,
I have the Rfactor game and have downloaded the WoO. Is there any other sites to get downloads for this game?

Old guys like me would like a "Road to Indy" style of game. From the beginning to end.
Jalopies/supermodifieds
midgets-cageless
sprints-cageless
dirt champ-cageless
Indy-roadster/rear engine
Bonuses- Every now and then when you get so many points/money within a certain period of time, an offer comes up to drive another type of car. Say if you're driving a jalopy, you might get a one time midget ride-do well and you get more offers there.
As it goes, sprint leads to dirt champ, dirt champ leads to roadster/rear engine, r/r leads to NASCAR/USAC stock car deal, sports car(gt-40, cobra,vette,can-am,etc.).
30 seasons from 1950-1980, historically correct, adjustable speed for personal level. Crash hard enough or "just so" before you get to 1980, GAME OVER-
Then it resets back to 1950
-------------RFACTOR of course.

Rfactor can be found here: http://www.rfactor.net/
The midgets can be found here: http://www.kiwidirt.com/news.php
My tracks can be found here: http://www.bozracing.com/V2/
Almost anything imaginable can be found here: http://www.rfactorcentral.com/
Don't mind the version of eldora that is on the BOZ site. It is being reworked. As you will see by looking around on the rfactor central site, just about any car imaginable in the world has been made or is in the works for the game. There is a modern indy car, an indy car from the 60's era, nascar, formula one, you name it, somebody has made it or is working on it.
The game is so advanced that a college(can't remember the exact one at the moment) is using it to do real world vehicle testing.

The owner of I-55 was at the World Finals back in October this year. He told me he had the papers on his desk ready to sign for another world of outlaw game to be released in late 2009. The papers were a release to use his track in the game. Just what I was told.

A few months ago some game developer released a press release stating
that they were in the process of developing a new WoO game (Lates &
Sprints) for the 360 & PS3. You should be able to find the press
release somewhere on the internet. The game i believe is scheduled to
be released in the summer of '09.

I want a realistic track. One the degrades and changes line throughout the night and feature. Also a sprint car game where the outside is fast. You could do it in WoO 02' a little bit but the big tracks the bottom was still fastest most the time.

Knoxville, Eldora, Charllotte, Williams Grove, Lernerville, Terre Haute, run the bottom and I'll pass you on the top. After being out 8 years, and owning it since day one, '02 is the best dirt racing game period! In fact, I might play it right now, again.

RFactor cost $39. Well worth the money. The guy's at sbs.com have taken the sprint cars to a whole new gaming experince. Ton's of downloads, real drivers, real tracks, and a real lot of fun. Well worth the $39 spent!!! You can also download mod's, hobby stocks, and many other racing classes.
