I don't know what Bobby has changed on jacob's team but it is definitely working. Young man deserves it that's for sure.

Jacob deserved to win and is much improved. After the last few races a rubber down around the bottom feature is disappointing. Great call to end it after 30 laps as the tire fa
ilure was about to happen.Brady Bacon was impressive.

Who gave him crap last night? The only crap I saw being given was him shoving Bacon out of first place. I like Jacob Allen, but he has no room to complain when someone does it to him in the future.

He went after it and won. Maybe a bit pushy, I dont k ow what is fair in love and war on dirt ovals but I'm sure Bacon understands Allen's drive to win.
A part not mentioned yet was Bacon continuing on with the flat. He could have, like most others, parked it corner 4 and cause a yellow. I would really like to know if he was concious of the fact a yellow could take the win from Allen and green laps would essentially give the win to Allen. To me it looks like he wanted the race to continue.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

He didn't take any crap......I am also one that did not see any crap until he moved Bacon out of the way. I believe that was Jacob's own explanation in victory lane. Just wondering how people would have reacted if any of the other drivers would have won that way.......Gravel, Schatz, Brown, Sammy, Sweet, or any other. I am sure some will reply that Schatz is the cleanest driver and also those that will have comments about Sammy. I believe there was a driver that admitted in victory lane for the nationals that they wanted to win a few years ago. What if it happened in reverse? Let's face it, people let some drivers have a free pass more than others. Just looking for equality to all drivers. Yes, Jacob is still learing and has not developed a pattern of behavior. Hopefully, he will tuck this in his memory banks and remember when in this position again and work for a clean pass. And yes, I believe that sometimes it is unavoidable when boith are going for it.

The outcome of one groove rubber down racing.NASCAR is all about the bump and run.OK for some but fisticuffs for others. Bradys tire would have expired and not won even though it wasnt a clean pass

Jacob was one of the fastest cars on the track.
Jacob did screw it the hell up by getting out of the rubber to go up top and Brady took advantage.
Jacob bullhorned Brady. Note: I doubt this had any effect on Brady's RR going down.
Absolutely fantastic for Jacob - I'm a fan. He got a big win. But shit, comparing JJ's 2016 Nats run to what happened Saturday night is absurd.

Jacob was fast all night. Well deserved win. It's all in his mind right now. He has reprogrammed himself. Results showing his attitude has changed for the good. Man I hope he continues to excel!

Racing deal, I wasn't trying to blame Bacon
Both going for the same lane, Allen held his ground

Like I told Larsonfan, I thought it was a "racing deal"
You have to be aggressive to win, unless you're way faster, no?
I don't have anything against Bacon either. He's great

Why did they only run 30 laps in JJ Classic? Has that not been 41 in the past?

I would guess because of track conditions bacause of the non wing show..If it would have gone 41 there would have been lots of blown RR tires..Even 3rd place had to change tires in victory lane..
