I would guess because of track conditions bacause of the non wing show..If it would have gone 41 there would have been lots of blown RR tires..Even 3rd place had to change tires in victory lane..

It's funny they wasted time before each feature to rake the track and pour water on it. Maybe use that time to rip it up and redo it before the B's
