I have not yet received a refund from the rained out show from Oskaloosa. Are others in the same boat? Should I contact them?
Thanks in advance for helpful info.

Hermannator,
Thank you for the quick and helpful reply. I didn't think that Terry and Lori would try to scam me or anything like that. I was just worried that the Pony Express might have lost them or have left them sitting in a bin somewhere.

Just received mine this week, personally signed by Lori. Hang in there, can you imagine the number of checks she has had to write. Look at where they've been since the Nationals, I'm sure the end of the season schedule has them a little overwhelmed.
I dont know either Terry or Lori, but I appreciate the shows they put on, and really appreciate the refund, I can only imagine what a disappointment it is to have to write out all those checks. Anyway we'll be back next year.

I've sent my info twice. So should I resend my info again with a SASE?
I knew nothing about sending one. I don't want to add to any confusion.

If you did not send in a self addressed stamped envelope you will still get your full refund. Don't worry about sending another one. However, it does double the amount of time it takes me to get it out to you.
If you did, thank you, I really appreciate it. Over half of all the tickets I have recieved have been refunded at this time. Patients, I have thousands of them to get out and only about 2% did send the SASE. You will get your money!

How in the heck can you send your tickets in twice?? I only had one set of tickets, followed directions, and received my refund. As a side note, I have a friend that ran a go-cart track that had a last race rain-out for the year and they proceeded to tell me all the horror stories about refunds and all the bitching and moaning about lost tickets, sending "stubs" rather than the actual ticket, no return address, illegible return address. That was for a crowd of about 350...I can only imagine what Lori is experiencing. Kudo's for the refunds though...and I'll be back next year!

I made a copy of the original tickets I sent the first time so the second time I sent a copy of my tickets
BTW, I always make a copy of anything of importance I have to submit.

As she said be patient. We all have stories about it but if you need it that bad, you probably shouldn't have gone.
