Looking for information on a Nance sprint car I am refinishing. The chassis has 1-85-11 stamp on it. Was told it was a 1984 when I bought it from a guy in Salina Kansas. It had a 3 piece hood on it with T.J.Giddings name wrote on the inside. I have helped a friend race sprint cars for seventeen years which we had three Nance cars and purchased a champ car from laverne which Walt Kennedy drove. We visited with Laverne several times and was at his sale. We would call and talk to Laverne after his stroke and he would say "car, car" so I'm going to put that on my car in memory of him. If you or anyone can help me locate what this chassis is and year and possibly the drivers of this car I would really appreciate it.
