I think Kelly is hilarious. His press releases can't be topped, very intertaining. It appears his business is doing very well...ask several of the top ASCS teams. Keep it coming Kelly.

Thanks for the vine Brad. Didn't realize one little word was going to get a few posters upset by me being "cute or funny." Guess I better watch what I say because sprintfag20 says "nice way to do business." Yeah I've lost track of how many thousands of dollars Wesmar has made by doing business with posters here or any other sprint car message board! WTF ever.
Brad, thanks for the compliments on the press releases. Yeah I'll admit they have a hint of "smartass" to them as well as being "cute and funny" that's the way I want them! No offense to the drivers and teams that do press releases to promote their efforts to their sponsors because I totally understand it's a must now a days in this PR driven sport we all love, and they must be politically correct. I also understand that if something negative happens or is said that the team must answer to the sponsor that is spending the $$$. What I'm getting at here is that we as a company or I as the person that does the press releases does not have to answer, kiss ass, or brown nose a sponsor! We can do whatever we want, therefore I try to make them interesting or off the cuff as possible. But like anything else in this world you do have a choice, if you don't like them, don't read them!

I very much agree. Might as well get a gaerte as well.
Maybe his plans will be to finally leave his state and go see the world. He might do some good.
If he does it might leave 4 people who did not compete in WoO in 2006 in the top 5

WOW...Not long ago I read an article about a person being sued over comments they said about another poster on a message board. Specially when you bring a sexual orientation into it.
But hey, to each is there own I guess!!

Kind of like the way I've seen how you drive Golik!
I seriously thought we had problems until my dad was talking to Earl Gaerte and he was telling him about a customer we had that whatever we did it wasn't right. Finally my dad told him your name and Earl laughed and said: "man I've been trying to get rid of that guy for years, all he does is bitch and moan and complain about everything, I'm glad he's your headache now."

No.51. How much did "Flat Fred" pay Karl Baker for "stealing" the No.51? Baker's been running that number on the central PA 410 circuit for years! E-Mods.

Well shit... I guess there are number thieves anywhere racing exists! At least now there might be a #51 in Central PA that'll actually accomplish something other than being lapped traffic or speed-bump and working for parts manufacturers.
Wesmar, The car is owned by Chad Clemens and carried the number 69 this past year with Michael Carber behind the wheel. And, if we ask thefirstturn, maybe we'd find that Clemens and Carber had initially "stole" THAT number from Donnie Kreitz.

Kelly, It's kind of hard to get going when you lose 15 car lengths on every start.
Attention racers: I paid Wesmar $30,500 for an ASCS engine that wouldn't get going for anything. These people promised me that they would "take care of me" and "get me going" BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I called these people several times and told them that something was wrong with this engine. They were once even 10 cars away from mine at Knoxville, but wouldn't come and help me because they were too busy watching Billy Alley's mechanic changing spark plugs.
After about 20 races the guy that owns the joint finally gets off his ass, gets the build sheet out, and determines that it's got the wrong spool in the barrel valve. Another season and $30,000 down the drain because of people that aren't true to their word.
I'm just wonder what kind of service I would have gotten if I was a "big name" driver?
You can slam my driving all you want. Anyone that knows me knows that I'm an honest guy and very credible.
I guess if an engine builder puts together something that won't run, it's pretty convenient to blame the driver.

Hey Brett, I offered to buy your engine back a couple of times because you said you weren't happy with it. Why wouldn't you sell it back to me?
Brett, it doesn't matter who's doing your engines, i.e. Wesmar or Gaerte as mentioned above there's just some people you can't please no matter what and you happen to be one of them. Every engine builder has one of those customers on their list.
As far as being honest and credible I am going to have to concur as I have talked to several of your competitors that race with you have told me otherwise. By the way, it's been two years since we've done your engine and you still run at the back, so even if it is running better what's your excuse now?
See you next year at the 360 Nationals while were going for our 4th Nationals victory in a row while you'll still be stuck in the E Feature!
P.S. I'll still consider buying your engine back if you want to get rid of it, you know the number just give me a ring
