And on the other hand let's remember one year that the 57 couldn't even qualify for the A main on his qualifying night...let's just go to Knoxville and find out!

and what year was that?
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..
Life is good...

I also wanna hear about this PPM/Sunshine fight. Surprising to hear that PPM allegedly beat him down. I would've lost money on Sunshine tbh.

ppm found out about sunshine and his lady. sunshine approached the 11 trailer to talk about it, ppm threw hands, got some great shots in, then crew broke it up. sunshine crew stood and watched as he got smacked around

All the big guys looking pretty racey as of late. Sweet getting wins at places he's never won. Macedo and Gravel right there also. And Donny Knoxville looking as fast as he's been all year. I don't think we're gonna see a Brent Marks Cinderella domination or a Brian Brown elusive victory this year. I think its gonna be those 4 powerhouse teams trading blows for 15 rounds. With the wildcard in all this being the 57. Should be a barn burner.

This feels prescient. No idea who should be favored heading into tomorrow. I have to think Larson is the betting favorite from row 3, but lots of guys could emerge. Solid field. More proof that the often criticized format allows the cream to rise to the top.
I don't get the "have to be fast everytime you hit the track" talk. Perhaps if you want to win the whole thing, but everyone seems to get ample chances to fight their way forward if they slip up in a race. They can still a make the A main on Saturday. If you're worthy you'll likely make the final 24. Even if the rare driver ends up with a ton of points and gets a great starting spot on Saturday you're going to have to earn it over 50 laps. If you don't really deserve it you're going backwards on Saturday and the winner will have earned it.
