Kerry is out of the 2, gravel will be announced the driver soon. Macedo to the 41 soon. The official announcement of Ruetzel to the 83 isn't out but I can tell you it's done. Then he's got 6 monthes if he's lucky before Roth changes his mind. The Baughman 17 will be racing and it's sounding like it's gonna be a pretty insane combo if they can make it work.

I said at the beginning of this thread when a few of the HH brain trust were talking shit to Sprinter, that he in fact knew what he was talking about. There's no doubt Sprinter has some good intel. I still say he was spot on with two out of the three moves he said he heard might happen. I can admit this even though he was coming at me about my 87 comment lol !
I love the silly season ! Gives us all some entertainment and this silly season is the best we've had in years !!

Has there been an official announcement on Kerry being out of the 2 car? Just curious because I'm not in the know at all and can't find anything on it anywhere. I have to get all of my information here.

As far as Reutzel possibly being with Roth for 6 months due to the Roth's doing what they do. If Reutzel has half the success he's had with the Baughmans, Roth will be happy. Also, I can't see Reutzel going into a ride like the Roth's with revolving drivers without a contract.
This move should cause quite a stir in the sprint car community. For one, Reutzel leaving BRM, after three successful seasons, if it's not broke, don't fix it kind of thing. Two, if Reutzel brings Toyota. Three, he should be running with the WoO.

Where did I cry about ANYTHING? Yes it has been all over the pits but I was told some stuff by some people before the rumor mill got going and they asked me to keep it hushed. I wasn't crying about anything. Chill the fuck out. Only on Hoseheads can you piss someone off by agreeimg with them.

With all due respect, I don't think loyalty has anything to do with these two moves. The 41 car needed more funding which Macedo can provide, and the 2 car doesn't need additional funding, so they were able to hire the absolute best free agent on the market. Two great drivers, and two great teams with two great outcomes that work for all parties. I think this is cool.
I like Madsen, and hope he lands a great ride, but at this point, you can't dispute that Gravel is the better driver.
