You said it better than I could and your also spot on. I'm done arguing with one clown with a moronic agenda.

That is the dumbest thing I have ever read anywhere.  It is the port o potty.  Maybe when razor Steve leaves it will be a dirt track again.  Until then no way asphalt at best.

You apparently don't even read your own posts. They are extremely dumb.

The best advice is to ignore him.  Everyone else is doing a good job of it.  He's just looking for arguments.

15th Place Starter Little Freddie won on Saturday.  Best track in Central PA.....second place isn't even close.

I don't cheer for either....but I would have loved to see DD face when little Freddie went by him for the win.  Last few laps were very....very good!  Some of the best I have seen.

Heard it was a good race. He did pass the 48. Also heard what the stats won't show which is there was six restarts in the the first fifteen laps with lots of attrition in front of him. Can't say that for sure as I didn't see it and updates were hard to follow because of all the restarts. Just as the stats will show Sundays race as pole position win they won't show he was third with a couple laps to go. They also won't show that the guy who was fourth with a couple to was only a better run off turn two from winning it.All in all though on a sunny windy afternoon Port's race was pretty uneventful until the last five or six laps. This on a track that would have had laps in the fifteens at the start if not for a rough spot in turn one All things at both tracks that stats won't show.

I went to both, both were good races in the end. Tough to see Dietz struggle in his new ride, but they will hopefully get it figured out.  Borden is super aggressive and fun to watch.  Rahmer is good at Lincoln no doubt, Freddie was definately the one who had the track figured out Saturday, lots of attrition for sure, support class was 10 mods was good excuse to go pee.

Sunday was amazing with all the lead swaps the last 5-6 laps among 3 guys passing everywhere for sure.  The late model race was a great support race as well with over 30 cars and great racing.  I was really happy to see so many more quality cars on Sunday with Dewease, Wagner, Wagner, Cisney, Flick, Stutts, Buckwalter, Kasidy, Ryan Taylorj, Halligan, Paulie come through the gates.

Good weekend of racing for sure!!

race of the century tonight at lincoln.  lost count of whether this is 5 or 6 wrecks before completing a lap.

they were clearly determined to get a race in tonight.  turns out they don't want to be on flo so nobody sees this kind of nonsense.  port royal made the wise move as always by calling things off pretty early this morning.

There was also around 400 people there, but I thought Lincoln was packed every week thanks to streaming?

The real racetrack in Central PA raced last night.   You can't blam the track for those accidents as the track was narrow but also smooth.  Thanks Lincoln for racing last night!

And most of those crashes came as a result of guys not using patience. That wasn't a "blow it into the corner and try to pick up 8 spots on the first lap" track surface. It was sticky and it was narrow and everyone knew it. Some took the chance and it didn't work. The same exact thing can and often does happen on a slick surface. Just ask Ryan Timms or any of the multitude of guys who met the turn 1 wall at Lincoln over the years on a slick daytime surface when they overdrove turn 1 or the guys who got ate up at Port while bouncing right rears off the tin at 100 mph. I've seen it countless times at Lincoln and elsewhere countless times in the past 35+ years I've been doing this. On a dirt track, you often race the surface just as much you race the other drivers. That's one of many things that sets this sport apart from assphalt. If anyone didn't wanna race, they could've stayed home. Anyone with a brain knew what the track would be like. I stood in my yard over 2 hrs away and told my buddy that it was gonna be juicy and it was. Lincoln gave a show to those who wanted one. I was glad to be there. Better than sitting around at home doing nothing.

I will agree that streaming has knocked crowds back a bit, I'm guilty of staying home on some of those cold spring days and watching a stream.

It definitely has but so has tracks such as Lincoln and Port dragging out shows entirely too long. Both are seemingly making an effort to do better and I applaud it. I'm not saying every show needs to be a 1.5 hour show but anything beyond 4 hours with exception of elements beyond their control such as accidents/injuries, weather, random power outages or any of the other things that can happen, starts to get ridiculous. Lincoln has done a great job this year and Port did at their opener. Hopefully that continues going forward. There needs to be some down time to allow for concession sales and things and most rational fans know where the line is with that. But some of the drug out shows we saw last year and years prior aren't gonna help put people in the stands when they can just stay home, watch on the internet, and shut it off when they had the shits of it and not have to carry sleeping kids to the car at 11:30 while missing features.
