I'm legitimately curious what the reasoning was that they thought it a good idea to mess with what has worked for a very long time and cut a bunch of banking out of the track? From what I've seen in the past there was enough banking to overcome gutter racing. That's obviously not the case as we walked out on lap 23 last night. I understand sometimes it ends up in the gutter but it was pitiful when it blowing dust in wheel packing. No b.s... just don't see the logic in removing banking. I would guess some "expert" or soil engineer was steering that boonehead move.

I want to start a fund to pay for the education of whomever it was that prepared the track last night. I know it is early in the season but they didn't even try to rework it in any way. At least have the push trucks workin the top as much as possible.
