Kings Royal wasn't a WoO Event either And Steve and few others wouldn't run the Knight Before. Just the KR itself. So Earl Made a deal and sanctioned with em. Question is, Who owns the Trademark on the events now? I know LBurg wasnted to run a Hoosier Fall Classic without the All Stars but the All Stars owned the name.

Have any of them actually Trade Marked their names? By law there is supposed to be a TM on the logo if they are. I happen to own a trademarked name so this law I know. It is not cheap. It isn't necessay but if you want to do it proper names are trade marked. Then anyone that wants to use the name needs to make a deal with you according to the law. It is enforceable.
