If I want to watch boxing and wrestling I would turn that on instead of racing.  In today's world with this sport costing so much sponsors don't want their reputation attached to guys who can't control their tongue in an interview.  Strength is being able to keep a cool head and talk those kinds of disputes through in private instead of delaying the start time during the first night of racing at a beautiful revamped facility. 
 

Personally I don't have a lot of respect for anyone doing that kind of school yard shit in 2021 while racing under the most professional sanction in all of Sprint Car racing.  So driver A is a better fighter than driver B, who gives a damn if it costs the team sponsors, possibly fines and a loss of focus on the task at hand.

Did you see how it started?  Maybe Wayne was defending himself. Maybe you should get all the facts before you voice an opinion. Did you see the scooter and bike laying on the ground behind Wayne?  

So you know the guy personally ? Is he in fact the prick you claim him to be ? Or did he give your favorite driver / drivers the what for ? Reutzel and Johnson have bad blood from back when Reutzel first started running with the ASCS. When you’re the new kid in school or the new kid in the neighborhood, you get pushed around until you find your spot in the pecking order or you just start kicking ass. Well ole Wayne with a few others pushed until the new kid had enough and he pushed back and started dishing out what was served to him and they didn’t like how it tasted. Can’t blame the prick for that.

With that said, Johnson tends to step on his dick while racing. A lot of times he does it all by himself with no harm to anyone but himself and his team. Also, a lot of times, he collects other cars with him and anyone who watches the Outlaws on a regular basis knows this to be a fact.

Reutzel didn’t get out of his car just to bitch at Johnson for hitting the rut. But I’m sure he figured while I’m out, what the hell lol. I wasn’t there and I’m marly speculating that something had probably happened prior to that.

If Reutzel was as dirty of a driver and a prick that he’s claimed to be, he wouldn’t have the respect he has among some of the greats and some of the up and coming greats. With one exception of a great being Slammy, he was one of the guys that pushed Reutzel around back in the day. We all know that Slammy likes to dish it out but doesn’t like it when it comes back to him.

Personally, I’m glad we have Reutzel, hell of a wheel man and exciting to watch. As for Johnson, I think the guy is a prick LOL, but we need drivers like him to add to the car count and to give some excitement in the last chance qualifier. We all have drivers we root for and boo for, gotta love this sport !!

I lost close to $200 on that deal and can bitch all I want because I only represent myself and have no sponsors to please.  That's a lot of money for a retired person.  If anyone hasn't noticed they can thank me that DV started sending out monthly reminders that customer Fast passes are still active.  Youre welcome.

You must be related to my wife.  She never forgets anything I say or do either.

Sure I defend my interests but there isn't a lot of sponsor involvement contingent on my behavior and there is a big difference between a 70 year old guy bitching in an online forum and starting a fist fight.  The only consequence of my complaints of a few years ago is one or two like you who occasionally try to use it against me to invalidate my opinion. Thousands of dollars of sponsorship do not hang in the balance based on what I type.

Maybe Johnson's sponsor agrees with his opinion on Reutzel?  

Well I think the WoO officials need to get on track actions under control. Reutzel getting out of his car after he runs into the guy is bullshit.  He should have been told, you got out of your car, 3 race suspension.

Aaron was running 6th at the time of Wayne flipping and wasn't even in the video frame, he trucked in from half a lap away to run into a parked car. Sure, Wayne was 15th when he crashed but I'd hardly say he took out the leaders. The 83 wasn't paying attention. The 9 & the 1s got caught up in it as well and neither got out of thier car to chirp thier mouth at a guy that was still hanging upside down in a wrecked racecar. Character shows through & it's not a coincidence that 90% of the sprint car world loved watching Reutzel get embarrassed in the pit area the next night 

Embarrassing would be 1 top ten in 2 years on the tour
