I always prefered the WoO format over any other format I ever saw. Beleive me , I've seen many. I don't like passing points because as a fan in the stands , a person never really knows where a driver stands point-wise until all the heat races are over. I don't like the draw simply because it is "the luck of the draw". Heads up starts don't allow a team to make up for a poor qualifying session or time trial draw. This new format mentioned could possibly be an improvement of the current system though.

I wasn't trying to b cute , I was being honest.  U brought Jesus into the conversation . Having a dash is as close to the old  quick 6 race as we're probably gonna get. Yea it may not b the format everyone wants but its better than nothing.  Or u could just say ohhhhhh  I don't like it! ( insert pouty face ) . Add something positive to the discussion or shut up!  And u nailed it WRG doesn't give a shit what you or I think. That's why I walk up to the window,  give them my money  , take my ticket and sit down shut up and watch the race rather than piss and moan about it. AMEN.

I like passing points, true it can be confusing but it emphasizes racing over empty track time trials.

Or draw for heats, run 'em. Reverse lineup & run 'em back... combined finish determines A-Main lineup

Also true its a small niche sport & WRG will do what it wants, but its a more interesting discussion than "Posse/Cali/ WoO rules/sucks" or "Danica ANYTHING"

Making a suggestion is much better than "they should stop doing it cause I dont like it."  I don't like passing points because its hard to keep track of even when we're racing. It also doesn't do much for u if ur bullet fast  but were unfortunate enough to start on the pole. I like time trials,  to me its traditional sprint car racing.  I'll agree on the discussion of Danica anything but the whole cali,  posse thing is gd entertainment.  And I apologize for bozo baiting.  Everyone on here knows the real bozos  on this site are colored red and yellow and have  cats on there posts.

Nothing wrong with the current format wrg uses. Yeah, alot of the heats are won from the pole at the high speed joints like Eldora. Wanna see tighter racing in the heats go to the bullrings once in awhile. Doesn't bother me if quick time doesn't make the dash. Makes for a better A more often than not if a few of the quicker guys start a little deeper in the field.Maybe I'm just simple minded but passing points strain my brain. We've got the best form of racing in the world right here, don't understand why folks constantly wanna be messin with it. I consider individual qualifying a big part of the show, not the least bit bored by it. Get my butt in a seat they start pushin'em off I'm a happy camper. Don't care if they're runnin in a muddy track....whatever. I like it all. Some of ya don't know when ya got it good is all I can think to tell ya.
