NSL needs to talk with the Racinboys and have an all-sprint KC Classic at Lakeside on May 7th. Short trip up to Eagle for May 8th.

Disappointed that eagle only has a single date. Hopefully they will take on one of the TBA dates.

Great chance to see some new tracks with quality car counts within 4 hours from Knoxville. Sounds like a super season.
Lakeside would be a great addition if it worked out. Alway a good show there.
I-80, We'll be back for sure!

I hope you work out a good night at Farmington, Cory said he is still wanting a show.

Is the NSL going to allow 410+, otherwise Farmington would exclude many locals?

Wrong, farmington has almost all 410's now, there was only one 430 that ran last year but he now has a 410. But either way the track is a 410 track and most others on the schedule was 360+ tracks that will see a great 410 show now. They are working on a date or two for Farmington and it will be a great show!

Couple of thoughts:
- I like that they are racing at Moberly, Mo. As someone else said, 410's on that track will be great.
- Concerned about the seven hour drive to get from Jackson, Mn to Moberly, Mo in one day. Seems to be a lot of travel espically for the third race that weekend.
- Intesesting that they have 1 co-sanctioned show with the IRA. I thought that we would have seen a lot more or none at all.
_ Disappointed that neither US-36 or Lakeside don't have a show. It would seem that a show in the Kansas City market would have made a lot of sense. Espically with it being home to Brian Brown.
- Eagle Pit Shack guy owes me an adult beverage. I knew that they would start thier season in April.

Just going by the information provided to the owner of the track. And, it's just a TBA right now; I might still be right in my previous announcement.
I am lucky enough to work at one of the best tracks
anywhere.

Good to hear....Farmington is definitely an action track and tacky as hell! Looking forward to hitting some of these shows.

An NSL Farmington show would be worth the drive! I haven't been there in a few years but would definitely make the drive for this one. It would be a big boost for the MO/IL area sprint drivers and fans.

Ford97 is correct.
The only exception that we will have to the Knoxville Raceway 410 Sprint Rules will be the muffler rule.
Because we are a traveling series it will be up to each race track to decide if mufflers will be mandatory or not.
Thanks for the inquiry...cz

I too would like to see more NSL/IRA shows. Hopefully they can come to Wilmot and Beaver Dam.

Not likely to come to Wilmot, too far out of their range. Then you would end up with another FARCE like the Guy Webb crap they run at Wilmot. They would get more cars than 2 though.

They said at the outset that they aren't going up against the Knoxville weekly show. I presume that would probably include Husets on Sunday as well but I'm just guessing on that. That cuts out a lot of potential for combined shows as IRA is a weekend series that runs mostly on Saturday nights. I think all one needs to do is look at the Knoxville schedule from the past few years to see the pattern that NSL will follow to avoid conflicts. They start up near the end of April and run what, until the end of August with one weekend off after the Nationals. I can't think of any other Saturday nights that they take off. Husets is pretty much ever Sunday night. Jackson is a Saturday night track with a few Friday night specials. Cedar Lake up in my neck of the woods is a Saturday night track where the Late Models are the featured weekly class. It's not too hard to look at these tracks and see what their night of operation is and how many Sprint specials they have run in the past. For example a lot of tracks up this way will run 360 specials but won't touch 410's on account of the increased expense and most are Saturday night tracks. I think if a person uses that template to see where potential openings for a 410 Sprint special are at their local tracks they could get a feel for what NSL has to work with as far as scheduling.

Turned out that was not true. Don't know if at one time they were going to do it then changed thier mind or what. It was on Marshalltown speedways website but not on the schedule the NSL released.
