Most people that race at SDS wonder how padjen ever got promoter of the year. Tell me when was the last time he """"PROMOTED"""""" anything. There is no PROMOTION at SDS only collection. Make the back gate pay the purse and the profit and whatever you can scrape up from the front gate can be pocket change. Anyone that lives in Chico knows that the PROMOTION done for the 4 stupid ass monster trucks far exceeds what is done for anyrace night including the gold cup. SDS does not car about its racers or fans they just care about taking in the money till the well goes dry.

wow your name says it all.... I will look the locals dead in the face and tell them on a friday night that they are spoiled to have winged 410 racing for a local program every week, its the only place in the state that does this. I do hope things get better here tho... i did like buds sprinter that looked like a monster truck at tognottis years back, but you really mentioned monster trucks

I totally 100% agree... How he could get promoter of the year is way beyond me... He has done nothing but rob races for years.. And all this new guy is , is pageants little puppet...And I also agree that to call it so early on Saturday was just another way they showed us there soly in it for money.. They new they weren't Gunna get a crowd so let's call it and save our ass... Did they reimburse the people that paid for 2 nights of camping.. My guess no....please please someone who cares about racing please take Chico over before they shut it down.... This weekend somed up in one word....DISGRACE.....

Really you forget how he got promoter of the year? REALLY? um maybe the fact that he got more cars on a weekly basis then say even williams grove was a part of it. Maybe the fact at one point this used to be one of the top 3 races nationally that drivers wanted to win. How quick some forget.... Someone mentioned the kings in another post, good example.... more recent

And to ask for money back? something i would never do. but following that same logic, would you give money back for a race that far exceeded your expectation? My guess is probably not... Keepinitreal

Would I ever give money back for something that exceeded my expectations? Yes I would and I would do that by coming back the next year. Thats keepinitreal!
