If Guy and the ASCoC are both so great, why such a small following? The ASCoC have a good purse and points payout. Something must be steering people away??????

Talk about taking a good 'ol message board beat down after trying to lay the law down!

Can't wait for Katich to come over the microphone at Huset's about the All-Star show saying the Cali guys (TK, Allard, Walker) will be showing up. Of course none of them showed up, and I spoke with Walker the night before the show in Knoxville and he said he didn't even know there was an All-Star race at Huset's! That right there shows the type of people Katich and the others following Webb are.

Why don't Son of Sam, errrr I mean Katich put SWAMP on his radio show and talk about how FAST is trying to grow 410 racing. It should be the kind of talk he loves, the growing of 410 racing.

Would rather pay 10 bucks more to see this than 20+ bucks more to see the WoA. Thank God for quality weekly 410 shows, 358 shows, and appearances by the URC.

I have been blackballed from Katich's show and from DC Bash's Buckeye Speedzone show. I can't figure out why. Can you?

Oh well...what we're doing up here in Ohio has people talking all around the sprint car world. I guess we don't need either show to help spread the word. Nothing against either host - they've been given their orders, but our product is selling itself regardless. Can't wait to get this season started....

I would be more than happy to discuss my dealings with Guy Webb. I am not jack-assing around and I do have proof that I did win judgement against him. Unfortunately laws put in place to protect innocent people can also be used to the benefit of those who have no morals. All I can do is give fair warning to anyone wanting to get involved with anything Guy Webb is associated with. You have to wonder why he is the topic of so many discussions. As long as honest people like Mr. Katich rally in his favor the waters will remain muddy.

Karl Korbacher Arizona Sport Shirts 317-244-3905

...facts, names , and phone numbers...you would think that this kind of story would be covered by an "unbiased" member of the "media"...let alone some ass-kissing, wind bag thats asking people to "quit jack-assing around and show proof...real, honest to God proof...of your allegations or just shut up."

...what do you think, will "press boy" have Mr. Korbacher on a future show ?...I can see it now Mr. Hahn, Mr. Korbacher, Katich, and Webb in a round table discussion...LOL !

...PS...if you intend to have your boss call me this season to discuss my comments on message boards or chat rooms...please inform him I do not take calls from such types on weekends, and know that I find people trying to intimidate me very amusing !...

Boy...Ya'll sure can take the fun out of a message board.....

Hell, they put the "fun" in dysfunction! I love this stuff, finally people are seeing what type of guy Cat-Itch is. Anybody remember his rimjobs he was giving the World Of Outlaws during the NST split off? Nothing but constant ass kissing and brown nosing for the WoO without any impartiality towards the situation. I think the sad thing is that some poor sucker might actually stumble upon his radio show and think its rooted in truth.... that is sad. He doesn't represent sprint car racing in general, he represents his paycheck.

Cheers!

So, guilt by innuendo is the code of justice you live by?

Bert "sold" the series? Are you implying that he was coerced into the deal?

I wish some of you clowns would quit jack-assing around and show proof...real, honest to God proof...of your allegations or just shut up.

I've known Guy for as long as he's owned the All Stars. I don't work for him...as some of you claim...but I do share much of his vision of what sprint car racing can become in the future.

What I DO see is this. He's working to create opportunities for the sport, to market the sport, to make the sport viable in the long run. His goal is to make the All Stars a successful and profitable venture, as well as thr tracks that book All Stars races.

Of course, I'm sure that rubs some people the wrong way.

I think I found what you're looking for... http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/10050601nhv.pdf

World Racing Group, Inc. Announces Intent to Deregister Common Stock with Securities and Exchange Commission

CONCORD, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Racing Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WRGI - News), a sports entertainment company and world leader in the sanctioning and promotion of dirt track auto racing, today announced that the Company's Board of Directors, and a majority of its stockholders, have approved a 1-for-101 reverse stock split.

WRGI.OB 0.0350 0.0000
The Board of Directors has approved the reverse stock split based on its determination that the Company achieves few of the benefits of being a public company because of a lack of an active trading market for its common stock while being burdened with the substantial costs of being a publicly held company. Stockholders owning over 50% of the total number of shares outstanding approved the reverse stock split by signing a written consent in lieu of a meeting of stockholders.
The anticipated result of the reverse stock split will be to reduce the number of stockholders of record to fewer than 300. The Company intends to cease filing periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and to terminate the quotation of its common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Company filed a preliminary Information Statement today and expects to distribute a definitive Information Statement to all holders of its common stock in the near future. The reverse stock split will not be affected prior to the 20th day following the distribution of the definitive Information Statement to stockholders. However, the Company reserves the right not to proceed with the reverse stock split in the discretion of its Board of Directors.
Brian Carter, World Racing Group’s CEO adds, “The Company has been working diligently to reduce costs and focus its resources on profitable revenue growth. The removal of the financial and management burden to maintain our public filings will allow us more resources to focus on our operations. We recently kicked off the 2009 racing season with a very successful 38th Alltel DIRTcar Nationals. The attendance was on plan and very close to the event in 2008 which is an encouraging indicator for our plans in 2009, particularly given the current economic environment.”
The Information Statement will contain additional important information regarding the reverse stock split. We advise our stockholders to read the definitive Information Statement when made available. Copies of both the preliminary Information Statement, and any amendments or supplements thereto, and the definitive Information Statement, will be available without charge at the SEC's website at www.sec.gov or from the Secretary of the Company when they are mailed to stockholders.

Forward Looking Statements
Some of the information in this press release may contain projections or other forward-looking statements regarding future events or the future financial performance of the Company. We wish to caution you that these statements involve risks and uncertainties and actual results might differ materially from those in the forward-looking statements, if we receive less sponsorship and advertising revenue than anticipated, or if attendance is adversely affected by unfavorable weather. Event-related expenses, such as for the stadium, transportation and accommodations, or security might be greater than expected, or marketing or administrative costs might be increased by our hiring, not currently planned, of a particularly qualified prospect. To be fair, Huset's was a late addition to the schedule. This year they are already down for the Saturday and Sunday before The Nationals.

You know, Tyler Walker knew about "Thunder Through the Plains" last summer, albiet a bit later than he and his team would have liked. I know this because he was on my show in mid-July and we discussed the possibility of him running Belleville and Husets. His quote on the show was that he REALLY would love to run Belleville, at least, but the team wasn't sure how well the motor they leased/purchased was going to run because they hadn't used it yet. But, hell, you know everything. Allard was mentioned because the promoter at Husets expected him to be there, as the Williams team usually ran a show or two at Husets on the trip to the midwest.

Another thing...nobody...and I mean nobody...tells me who can or can't be on my show. That's completely off base. I am the sole deciding factor of who is or isn't interviewed and how the interview progresses.

I don't receive a paycheck from anybody...All Stars, WoO or anybody else. Have any of you clowns ever thought that I promote and discuss what I want because that's what I think and want to promote?

I'll take the heat for what I say because I beleive what I say. If it doesn't fit YOUR agenda...tough. Yep, I have an agenda...just like every other person in the sprint car media...and I am willing to state my opinion. If you believe in pushing your own agenda...put in the time, effort and money building a broadcast or website and have at it.

Would Katich care to comment on the T-Shirt CO? It seems you're the real clown on here.
