The fact that your friend told you something in confidence doesn't make it true.

I believe there were some incentives given to get some teams to sigh up. What I don't believe is that they would guarantee that a team would get a charter for joining. That doesn't pass the logic test. How would they award 5 charters at the end of the season and then mention they also gave away a couple to teams that didn't earn them?

Believe what you want. I know who told me and I know 1000000% that it's true because they're directly involved. I'm sure they'll still award the 5 charters to those who earn them which there's a near certainty that the person(s) who were guaranteed will earn them anyway which is honestly beyond stupid but still. This series is selling itself as Robin Hood on the moral high ground of freedom and all the social media talking points but behind the scenes, they're playing the same game as everyone else. Backroom deals and all. I know what I was told and I know who told me. So I don't give a shit what you believe.

Which teams get guaranteed charters ?   Just tell us.    Will they still get a charter if they don’t finish in the top 5 ?      What if they don't finish the full season ?

Will HL give out 17 charters at the end of the 2024 season   ?

1) not allowed to say

2) I would assume that's what guaranteed means

3) I didn't ask and they didn't say

4) highly unlikely but you'd have to ask the bean counters at Flo sports

Going back to the actual show, Kelley threw out some extremely confusing questions. You could tell she hasn't done this a lot.  And you could see it in Carters eyes, yet he responded perfectly each time.
