Whether or not you want to buy it or not is up to you, however, that information is factual.  Take it or leave it, whatever.

Where's your proof?

WHO CARES WHAT YOU THINK!

Longtime is the one that brought it up.  I guess you can't read?

I can read fine but tell me where in the headline does it say anything about Port track conditions?

A couple of times I watched part of Port too.  And lets just say there were not many people in the stands.  Looked like a lot of Aluminum with a few people scattered throughout the bleachers.

No Shit that will happen when you have bleachers for 8000 people.

Yes, Port Royal gets $100/show.  Yes, that's right, PEANUTS.

You are talking out your ass again.

That doesn't matter to me but it seems to matter to you. Nobody on here said anything about Port but you had to inject it anyway because you're an idiot with just stupid OPINIONS no facts at all.

Blaming Flo and DV for poor attendance is just an excuse and is a low-hanging scapegoat for, in this case, Lincoln. It's an excuse for them instead of looking at and addressing such as poorly-run shows that last way too long, as well as other things that are within their control that need to be addressed. How many people does Lincoln (or Port, or whover else is doing this) think eliminating streaming will put back in the stands per race? Hundreds, a thousand? No way.

Also, what about the teams that negotiated with sponsors saying that the exposure their company/product will get would be far beyond Hanover PA because of Flo?

Finally, it's easy to say that streaming has killed attendance . Where's the proof? Also, as for Port Royal only getting a hundred dollars per race from Flo - I'm not buying it. I'd like to see proof of that as well instead of heresay.

I don't think there's any way they were just getting a hundred bucks per show anyone with any common sense would not have signed that contract especially O'Neal.

Lincoln has about 30 or so events scheduled and 13 will be shown on Flo or DV including all or most of the big events. Quit complaining.

Between this and dropping the All Stars this year, that's 13 races on flo/dirtvision I won't be watching this year.

I agree with you on the blaming of streaming races for poor attendance is just a low hanging scapegoat for tracks. I don't think by eliminating streaming that you are going to see attendance numbers rise dramatically at any track especially now. If fans live close enough to go to the track they are going to go to the track. No one that lives 2-8hrs like you and I are going to suddenly go Oh no, I can't stream it so now I am going to drive all this distance and go.

There are so many factors that go into fans showing up or not and especially today. Weather, distance, the track itself, time to get there and time to get back, any other tracks running on the same day and how far away, how is the racing at the track, population of the area around the track, etc? To me those have a lot more deciding factor than whether or not someone can stream and see your races rather than attend.

I wouldn't be surprised if more tracks start streaming their own races like Lernerville. They have to make money. I don't know if cutting regular shows from flo will help attendance much as I don't think too many people, other than diehards and locals, care much about weekly shows anymore. When we're racing from Feb-Nov and tracks keep adding more and more 410 shows every year, the teams and fans alike will start to pick and choose, and most are choosing the bigger races. IMO PA needs less weekly purse shows.

An interesting parallel occured to me. In my younger days,we'd go to local bars and pay a small cover charge to see a local band. That all went away. Now, a lot of people only see a live band when they pay a big ticket price to see a big, national act. For some, seeing a band live has been replaced by seeing a band on the internet. Welcome to the future of racing.

Nobody knows the dollars behind this deal.  I'm surprised more tracks haven't followed what lernerville has done. Who is Flo ? All these tracks under there banner ?  How many people do they need on camera's  ? All of this is not done for free ? Flo is sponsoring  the Rumley 6 car.  There's a lot more to this deal than anyone has any idea about.  It's not like there pulling into a facility with a unit big enough to house an NFL game. Your DOD guys are all making a salary ? So are the guys at Flo.

Lost the All Stars, paid $300,000 less to 410 teams than Port (one of only 3 tracks to pay over $1million to 410 teams in 2022) right up the road in 2022 (and that gap will be larger in 2023), and now less exposure for potential sponsors of the track and race teams in 2023...  going downhill fast.

You lost me at "Lost the All Stars". More like "realized the All Stars add very little value and dumped them"

I'd guess it wasn't the tracks decision to not have any all star races, I could be wrong though.  Their schedule this year is a step back compared to last year in relevance.

The all stars give the local cars a chance to take home a decent pay check. Problem in central pa teams can pick and choose and don't need the all stars. Tracks in central pa have a purse far above after you consider expenses.
