No knock intended for RSR. Who is/are they? Looks like they're "heavily vested" in sprint cars.

Aaron is gonna struggle more then you think in the RSR 8
Whole new package to what he has been racing his WHOLE career.
Tyler Swank isnt as great as people think he his.......Plus him and Aaron are complete opposites
Best shot Aaron has is gonna Swank fired....and switching everything to what has made Reutzel...Reutzel.

I agree somewhat and you make some good points.
If Swank can give Reutzel a halfway decent car, he'll make things happen and that will make Swank look good. Reutzel, since racing 410's full time hasn't had a real crew chief yet, that's fact. Grant Boyum, crew chief number one in the ASCoC rookie year, Cheese Burger the 2nd and Dilzo the 3rd. Reutzel made all 3 look good by helping them set the car up and doing what he does behind the wheel.
If Swank and Reutzel can work together and actually get along, they will have success. Reutzel's success isn't because of his car package, it's because of his talent, the guy can drive anything.

I'll take Gio Scelzi for $1000 please!
Swank couldnt even give Gio halfway decent car....and Id say Gio is a hell of alot better then Aaron.
He has never really driven anything other then his car package....so you cant say its talent becuase he has had control of everything he straps in... frames...shocks....crew cheifs....wings...engines...besides some one off rides here and there.

Drive anything but the Roth 83 or a bicycle past Wayne Johnson.

How did the great return to racing turn out ? Yea not so good huh. He wanted to race in ohio because he has always run well there. Swank and Reutzel are never going to work. Time will tell.

31 Sprints.
Quite a lot of hard hitters.
Aaron fast time in his group.
A lot of booing was heard when he won.
The car looked good out there.

So, it turns out his real advantage is talent and not thin frame rails

You're right, Gio is a way better driver. Just on the premises that he won a couple of races at a younger age and Reutzel only has three ASCoC titles in as many years, won the Tusky 50, a few WoO wins and some other assorted wins around the country. But, Gio with a win at a younger age truly solidifies him as the better driver. LOL

Cashed in for 15k on the third night lol. I know it pains sprint car people to admit it, but he's a top 5 driver right now. I was at WCS last night and you can tell RSR wants to win and is putting the right pieces in place. Everyone cheering for the downfall of A-Aron is going to be disappointed

Just because sprint car drivers and teams are stupid and pass up $15k to win shows, doesn't mean anything. He still won the 2nd best paying show in the country this weekend, in his 3rd race in a new team. He also beat Gio and we were told Gio was a far better driver at some point in this thread.

i hope nobody buys the shirt. there seems to be a lack of remorse if they're making a joke about what happened. i'm not a reutzel hater like a lot of people seem to be and actually enjoy his style of racing...but if i'm printing up a shirt and giving my return a clever name...it's not showing sanctioning bodies that i feel too bad about what i did.
my guess is everyone will look the other way and all will be forgotten if he starts winning. then again...he could be cheating another way and putting himself at risk. cheaters are also the type who would look to blame somebody else if something bad happens. i hope car owners, the woo, and ascoc keep this in mind.
|
Oh get off your high horse. It was a joke and your post is too. It's already forgotten except for a few haters on this forum. I'm glad he's back with the all-stars and running well right out of the box. We don't need the outlaws as far as I'm concerned. Aaron will be racing for 56G with a stacked field in front of a packed house this weekend while nobody cares what the WOO is doing. I hope other tracks take note. You don't need the WOO to put on a big show.
