Whilst reading so much enlightenment, I feel like I should be able to join Buddha and acheive that higher level of consciousness.

I kinda feel guilty not picking a fight with a stranger on the 19 hundreth corona thread, but I gotta ask- Johnny Utah- did you change your avatar, or am I thinking of someone else? I kinda remember an avatar with a guy wrestling a lion cub(?) Maybe that was Johnny Nevada or Johhny Idaho?
ps. your mother wears army boots.

Wooooooo Hooooooooo !!!!!!! A C-word thread, man its been a while, I was starting to go through withdrawal symptoms. Hopefully all of the wannabe doctors and scientists can contain this to one thread. I'm not holding my breathe though considering the way people acted last year.
If you don't want to go to the races stay home. Wear a mask if you want. otherwise stfu and let people live their lives the way they want to. Not the way you think they should.

All that Hiroshimacarp said was that the California tour was cancelled due to COVID. You're the one who started the debate
A friend of mine from Indiana, who goes to plenty of races, died of COVID recently. Its real

His name was Don Sherrell. Survived Vietnam, killed by a microscopic virus. Don't think you're bulletproof:

I did. Thanks for noticing, hahaha.
My old avatar was a closeup of Johnny Utah firing his pistol. The new one is from the final robbery in the movie.

You are a complete tard, I didn't quote hiroshimacrap and I don't see where I started a debate. You just like running your pie hole and looking for trouble. Yes, some of the Vietnam Vets are dying kinda like everyone does after a while, sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. There is going to be some great racing this year, my suggestion to you is get a bigger screen tv so its almost like you are there, maybe even surround sound.

A thread started about woo cancelling the west coast swing turns into a covid fight. When is enough going to be enough. Get over it, get over yourself. WoO cancelling the west coast thing was the right thing to do. You can't have teams towing across the country only to have the uncertainty of will a race be cancelled because of factors outside of WoO's control. That's what this is all about. Read your own comments. The WoO has sat in California due to weather related issues in the past. That was not a good deal for any team.

I guess the season has offically started since Hoseheads now has threads start with one subject matter only to have it go a completely different way haha. Been a few months since I have seen it happen and was starting to think the forum was going away.
Agree with you, they had to make a business decisison for themselves and their competitors. Factors are completely out of their control and arguing about those factors does absolutely nothing to change them. They had to do the right thing based on the circumstances.

I for one can't stay up that late to see who won when they are in California. I wait until the next morning and get the recap and highlights from there. It is a business and they did the correct thing by cancelling it. Every death is heartbreaking, we all know that.
I for one have a lot of in person racing from PA to Iowa planned for this year. Watching on the computer or tv is ok, but not like being there in person.
Let's go Sprint Car Racing!
Knoxville - Best Track In the USA!
Eldora - 2nd Best Track in the USA!

I never said you quoted him. You replied by calling people "wannabe doctors & scientists" & telling us to "STFU". Now you're calling me a "tard"
Actually you're right. You didn't start a debate. That involves facts & reasoning. You started a shit tossing contest... & you say I'M looking for trouble????
I got my first vaccine a couple of weeks ago & my 2nd one soon. Maybe I'll be at some races in person. Maybe you'll be in the hospital

My mother in law was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer(lymphatic or something like that)...she told me Im 83 Ive lived a full life and am not scared of dying. Everyone dies. And in her sense of humor said dont let them put me down as dying from covid.
And just like everything else in life...some people agree with what the drs says and some dont. I trust Drs/scientists to a point..but look at the covid. How many times has the narrative on masks changed? How you catch covid? Its changed many times over the course of a year. But we must listen to them cause they know what they are talking about?
Do what ya wanna do. Enjoy life.

You are a bit of fun on these cold and snowy days, "shit tossing contest", thats just funny. I could give a shit about you and getting a vaccine, maybe someone does but just not me. Lots of racing coming up in PA maybe we'll see each other at the track, I'll be one of the 99% without a mask. China flu aint gonna put this guy in a hospital, dirt bike crashes are about as close as I get to that.
