Seems like the track should be lit up like a Christmas tree when the red goes off to. Not a light on a post every so often.

Drivers cannot have any excuses. Maybe give a time limit to get stopped when the red goes off. They don't adhere to the rules, DQ them for the night.

Well, I know for a fact that rules don't exist at 'my' home track.  If they do, they are NOT enforced.  I don't think anybody there has a big enough 'set of stones' to state a rule and enforce it.  It is actually ridiculous.  This goes for ALL divisions. Maybe when a safety crew member gets injured responding to a wreck, something will be done.  Until then, life goes on as always......Sickening

even so, he WAS part of the crash in turn #1.  he drove the ENTIRE way around the track and into the work area.  The safety personnel on teh backstretch were impeded in their response by him continueing on the track (cars were stopped in turn 2 and on the backstretch).

First car to fail to stop under a red flag this week shoudl be parked for the remainder of the week IMO.

The problem is, is that people are afraid to piss people off.  I say, PARK EM......or use a flame yellow flag because no one would stop for that either.

I honestly believe that some drivers continue on after a red, and also stand on it even after a yellow is thrown because they do not fully understand the way restart lineups are made  in dirt track racing and think they will get credit for a pass or don't want to give up a pass if a flag is thrown. And I think they feel they will get screwed out of time on an open red. Crews are not allowed out until all cars have been pushed to the work area. JUST FREAKIN STOP!
