only thing i have seen is Windom and NOS to lane but nothing else.

What does this even mean? The only familar part to me is NOS- the energy drink?

I think he is saying the 4 Car (Lane racing on All Star tour last couple of years with Cap Henry) is teaming up with NOS and Chris Windom (Driver of the 19 car last year)

Hopefully that's true. Windom is talented but just needs more seat time in a winged sprint. Would love to see Grant run more wing as well.
