any thoughts on the sale of Trail-Way. The family wants to retire and sell the property. Say good bye to another race track and more houses or does it stay?

I would be absolutely shocked if it didn't become a housing development. I don't see anyone paying what a developer would to continue running a dirt track.
But... if someone wants to get really creative, really ambitious and doesn't mind spending a pile of money, maybe you could run opposition to the Grove?
I mean you always hear people complain that the Grove cancels too early, or their track prep is awful, or the track is too long, or insert any other criticism that people talk about. So maybe someone wants to come in and throw some cash around. It's a complete and utter pipe dream, but a fun thought exercise.

I thought they ran on Friday nights(same as the Grove). While it would be a shame to lose another track, I think we already have more tracks and races than can be supported by the number of race teams and fans in the area. It could be an opportunity for another track to add the divisions and cars ran at TW.

I know they run on Fridays. I meant as a 410 track.

It would be nice to see the track continue and I'm crossing my fingers. TW has a long history, it was a pretty happening place in the 70's and early 80's. Plenty of the Hanover Gang raced there, it was a popular place for flat track bikes and motocross too back in the day. I'll miss the place if it closes, I have a lot of good memories from there.
