He finished 19th in the feature. Just to clarify, he was in the CH Motorsports #83, which is the car that Tim Schafer drove in the past. Maybe you already knew that but thought I'd throw it in in case you were thinking it was the Roth #83 car.

That team looked terrible Saturday night. Even with the stellar list of names in the top 15 for the "A" you would of hoped they could of beat Tasker Phillips.
The track did slick off a little but given his driving abilities they need to make some changes for their Knoxville program.
Hopefully he'll be back before the WOO and the Nationals. During Saturday in his interview he stated that it would depend on how they performed "tonight" when they would return before the Nats.

This is the same car that Stevie Smith couldn't put in the show at Attica. The same Stevie Smith that ran 1st, 5th and 4th this weekend in the Fred Rahmer 51. Hope the 83 finds some speed soon as this could be a very potent combination.

Curious about the deal on this team. I see Kyle Sauder is driving a 360 for what appears to be the same outfit. Are they fielding separate 410 and 360 cars this year?

It's also the same 83 that Christopher Bell walked away from in Florida, who just won a WoO race a few weeks ago in the Fox #53. The 83 team is going backwards in a hurry.
do it in the dirt

Chris Bell and Stevie Smith both have WoO wins this year, Meyers is a WoO champ and all 3 drivers couldn't make that car go. At some point people will start figuring out that it's the car owner and lack of crew chief... Hope for Meyers sake they find some speed.

I don't know alot about this team but it also appeared that when the crew chief that wrenched the car when Tim drove it left, things went down hill from there for Tim as well, and he'd had a good run in the car before that. Had a Nationals Win and several All Star Championships.

There is nothing new to see here.
A spammer replied to this several-year-old post and brought it to the top of the page.
I deleted it.
Hope you're all having a great week and can take in a dirt track event in your area soon.

Dang! I was getting excited about Stevie Smith racing. Then my brain kicked in and said "hey, wait a minute".
This would be an appropriate place to say thank you to the moderators. I know it's a popular sport to rag on message board moderators when you feel something they did has ruined your entire life. What most people don't realize is just how much time moderators spend dealing with the spammer jerks. For every spam post you see that gets deleted, there's probably 10 that you didn't see that someone had to take the time and nuke.
Thank you moderators for hauling the trash.
