I have been lurking for a few years. I used to go to the sprint shows at Ascot during the 80's. Im in IA now, tryin to figure out why they put those wings on out here.

Aww, Cmon! really? silly rabbit , wings are for turning left, and of course, going faster! which brings up a new question? which is your fav, winged or nonwinged, and why? conratz on comming aboard, looking forward to reading your 3rd post! its going to be a long offseason..

Wings just make the racing less entertaining. It aint sprint car racing unless they are backin it in and packin the mail. Winged cars on a big track are like watching pavement late models, fast but boring as hell.

Hi Guys, I've been lurking for years reading the message board. I grew up in socal & was a regular at Ascot since the 60's & at the PAS since it opened. I haven't been to a race in a few years & I moved to south Texas in 2012. I'm going to get to some sprint races next season at a local track. PS I love cmakin's photos.

Hey Kenny missed you at the Ovals. Hate to say it but other than us watching sprint cars which is always great. You didn't miss much . Now you got our seats for the western worlds.
We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

Wings or not, pavement or dirt. I'm not picky - I like them all. Just means I have more tracks to visit. Long time lurker, have posted a few times here and there. Grew up going to West Capital as a kid.
