Id like to take this opportunity to invite any lurkers out there to say hello. I completely understand why people just read threads and dont get involved. Most people get a new one ripped for having a low post number .  Alot of people get ripped for just having an opinion.  So heres a thread that doesnt require an opinion . Get yourself a user name and say " hello" . Its gonna be a long winter and some good sprint car  conversation would sure help pass the time until racing season starts again.  Even FORD fans are welcome !  Hope to see some number 1s .  Watching the same idiots get in pissing matches has to get old maybe YOU could add something relevant to the conversation. Dude. I believe the statistic back when I was still selling the calendars was that for every 1 person that posted there were at least 10 lurkers that never do. I wasn't getting rich on selling the calendars of course but I was really surprised that they never charged me for posting on the boards about selling them. They make money on the advertising not from those of us foolish enough to post but on the hundreds that watch the idiocy unfold. I had a moderator tell me that I would be amazed by the people who have login names for these things. I know for a fact that even some people who say they don't look at the message boards actually do. I guess it's their guilty little pleasure :-).

I have been lurking on this site for well over two years so finally, Hello.

As a college student, I go into lurker mode for a good portion of the season. Although, I do reserve the right to start any pissing matches in the upcoming weeks  

Stubb, glad you and the Mrs will return this year, rather next year, eh, January, you know what I mean.  Actually, I missed the Bowl last year too, first time in at least 10 years.  I still work part time and my part time job kept me out of state longer than expected.  I don't believe that will be the case this year,  look forward to seeing all'ya'all in January.

I don't think u have to reserve it!  Lol!  Fire at will .

I have been lurking for a few years. I used to go to the sprint shows at Ascot during the 80's. Im in IA now, tryin to figure out why they put those wings on out here.

Howdy!

This season isn't over. We still have ASCS this Friday and Saturday. And the western worlds next Thurs, fri, sat. Then Turkey night. Then Monster speedway championships in late December. And it all starts in jan at the chili bowl and our first sprint race will be in February . Wow I love the west coast.

We need more sprint car racing at our home track.

I used to post on here semi regularly, but now I just occasionally lurk. white people so crazy, nobody can tolerate a contrary opinion. more than anything, I'd like to utilize hoseheads to meet people at the tracks, I attend mostly IRA shows and go to knoxville for the Nat's.    Mike, 36, Milwaukee WI.
