Why all of the hate against Jac? I can see the reasons against hating Kinser, Swindell,Schatz, Stewart, and many others but Jac Haudenchild who is one of the nicest people in the pits. Not saying that he has not crashed hard a few times and I am sure that he will admit that but he drives hard every lap of every race and can take a B-Main car and turn it into a winning car or he may flip it. I think the people who have hired him in the past are well aware of his record when they hire him. But please don't take this being an internet tough guy just because I don't agree with you.

Even ESPN has gone to a format (Facebook) for their comments that is somewhat difficult to hide in.  Maybe it's time here?  That might eliminate those who merely are jealous of talent or who have a jealousy strike as wide as a skunk.  Few try as hard as Jac does on EVERY lap, that man puts his heart out there because he knows no other way, on occasion stuff happens but he's ALWAYS going forward when it does, not cruising.  One of the All-Time great driver/characters in sprint car racing, honored to call him a friend.....

Well i was thinking about it this way .  If ur going to put Jac in a sprint car  u should probably b aware of the fact that the guy is a gasser!  Theres a good chance something is gonna get torn up but by god itll b because he was trying to get the front and not trying to get outta the way !!!!!

Just for the record it was cdr blast who started the bad mouthing and name calling of a forum member on this thread, but because you agree with him it's overlooked? Like most I love watching Jac run, but the truth is if he wasn't such a great guy there would be more people talking about his driving style in a negative way; get real.

cdr balst said.."Hey dirtlover, you probably enjoy the races better without your head up your ass.  Open your eyes moron and make sure you know FACTS before you open your trap instead of spewing your personal useless opinion".

I forget who the driver is but I know someone was quoted as saying "The only way to know where the "edge" is is to go over it". With that said there probably aren't too many drivers who know where the "edge" is after all these years better than Jac. I was pretty irritated with him last year after he found the turn one fence (again) at Tulare and took out my guy in the pool I was in at Trophy Cup in the process (Shane Stewart who was high points man at that moment) keeping me from winning $200 and allowing Jason Meyers to win the cup. I was irritated but even that didn't last long. I can't see any way that you could possibly be mad at or "hate" Jac. It's just impossible.

Ok, let me put it this way.... If Jac was put in Sammy's car for a few races and we were told it was still Sammy at the wheel, there is no question that people would be bad mouthing Jac's style thinking it was Sammy.

Last saturday night I was debating on going to Eldora for the All Star,Boss, And NRA show. I was notified Jac and Sheldon would both be racing that night. I did not hesitate and seen Jac put on a show himself alone worth the 20 ticket price along with hands down the best night of racing Ive seen all year!!! Enough Said!!!

there have many drivers who try to hard to get too much out of their equipment and crash, but often they also win, Jac has won many times and it is pretty darn rare, that he looks like he will be content in the position his car is running as passing the next car is RACING, and I have always been a big fan of those drivers who try all to do better. many of those are known as racings best, How many cars did Tony Stewart tear up this year?

Freddie Spencer many years ago said something simalar, You never know how fast you can go till you fall off or crash

Put Steve Kinser in Sammy's car and not tell anyone and even Kinser fans will bash his driving. A lot of folks just don't care for Sammy.

A lot of folks like Jac because he always runs hard.

Have my World Finals tickets.  First purchase, a new Haud shirt.  Just thinking of all the good memories over the years.  Doesn't matter.  Eldora, the Grove, the World Finals, Knoxville or wherever.  The effort at the last race for a team or the effort at the first race for a team. It's the same.  Seeing him sign a shirt or autograph for a young fan.  May win, may not.  But at the end of the program,  he's the one you and your friends are still talking about.

Haud will be driving a Roth car this weekend at the Trophy Cup. Always thought he was a great driver. Would like to root for him but my man TK will also be driving a Roth car. Las week TK pulled off one of his patented last lap wins over Jason Meyers at Hanford. Crowd loves TK.

Depends on who was watching and what the situation was on the racetrack, traffic, ill handling racecar, starting position and so on. I think folks who have watched them both for years, thousands of laps, might suprise you. There are some fairly substantial differences in their respective styles depending on the situation on the racetrack. With alot of people you're probably right but I'm thinkin a few folks might be sayin, ok whats up with this?

Anytime someone runs a car on the edge lap after lap, night and night out, things will get broke. Things will get wrecked. Its the way it is. If someone doesnt want their race car to have any damage (on pavement or on dirt) then take it to a car show, not a race track...

Real race cars don't have fenders...

If you put Jac in Donny Schatzs car he still wouldnt have more points than Pittman !!!!    Sorry couldnt help myself .... nobody has whined about the "unfair" points system for at least 24 hrs.   OKAY.... As you were.
