I can browse the web but most sites aren't setup to stream on the Wii. The Wii runs out of memory and I get an error message with most sites. Maybe the PS3 and others have more cache memory. Wouldn't want to take the risk of paying without first being able to test the quality on my setup. More streaming sites will not work on the Wii over their browser than the ones that will.

I have little experience with the Wii, so if that's what you've experienced, then it's clearly best to go with that.

Thanks!
Ben

I watched Turn2's Weds night broadcast of the Nationals on my PS3 this year. Was a little hairy to get threw the payment part, I had to do it twice before I got threw it without an error but once I got it it worked perfect. i think next time i do it I will pay for the broadcast on the computer as its quicker and then just use the link they email you and put it into my PS3 so I can watch it on my bigger TV, much nicer than trying to watch it on a computer.

I've had my PS3 for about 5 years now and they are simply amazing what they can do and what Sony put into them to start with, they had streaming and Wifi capability before most even knew what that was or what it could do for us. There a good example of a company throwing all the best stuff into something so you have the best machine possible, rather than this philosophy alot of companies have (ie: apple and others) of just making a product a little bit better so you buy the new 1 every 6 months when they could have made it much better to begin with, but then they wouldn't have sold you 6 different versions in the mean time. #frustrating

I just think it is cool that you all can ask questions, help each other with proposed problems and somebody involved with the ppv (Benjamin) is active on here helping as much as he can [which is a lot.)

Internet PPV, the wave of the future for LIVE dirt track racing.

Ben - If we purchase a Night on PPV, will the event be recorded for us to Log-In and view for up to 24 hours? We will be driving to the STN tomorrow Evening and would like to purchase tomorrow's event if we can view it at a later time. Is that possible? Also, does anyone know the Plan if Friday Night rains out? Right now there is a chance of showers all day long. Thanks!

Each night will be archived and viewable for anyone, who subscribes. In fact I'm thinking the archives will be permanent. So to answer your question, yes you can go back and view at your leisure. Right now I'm not worried about Friday night as rain looks to move in late Thursday night and move out before lunch on Friday, so Friday should be fine. We are going to push the Thursday night show to do our very best to get it completed before the cold front gets here. Saturday will be cool, but dry.

Pre-race show should start around 6pm cst on Thursday, and it looks like Jeff Swindell will be our guest to talk about this weekend and his weekend sweep last weekend at Devil's Bowl Speedway during the Winternationals.

Thanks!
Ben

MSRMafia,

Do you know when the videos will be archived and available to view?

Thanks
