Anyone who goes into Canada to race is to blame for there own misfortune. Two thiefts in two years at the exact same place, hmmm; and then found on the indian reservation, hmmmm. lets try the track promoters for help, they wont answer the phone ,or return calls. I hear Glen gets credit for finding Matt's stuff, well some of the stuff was found last year too, the option was dont ask questions or press charges and you can have the motor back then the rest of the stuff vanished. Now I hear it was the same group that struck last year. Canadian law has alot of grey area when it comes to the reservation, and not sure if there is any law on the reservation. Hundreds of cars are stolen each year from this area. Still not convinced? Check out brantfordexpositor.ca

I believe that your intentions are sincere. I also think its fair to encourage race teams to think twice about putting themselves and their equipment in an uncontrolled environment.
With that said, suggesting that the race teams are to blame is a little over the top! You sound like a Democrat...

Matt Tanner's trailer, sprint car and parts getting delivered by Glenn Styres. Truck is impounded but will be released in a few days.
Bill Jennings That is great news. So glad they got everything back!!!

Steve Ragan We never hear of a successful recovery when this happens. Thank you Glenn! Its about time. Good people finally catch a break.

What happens off the race tracks property is really out of Glenns control . But i know Glenn went out of his way to make sure this low buck team got there race operation back . Putting up 10,000 dollar reward of his own money . What other track promoter that you know of that would do that . Glenn actually del the trailer an all contents across the border to the Tanners race team. Not just a phone call ,,,,here come get your stuff ,,,but del right to there shop . I hate to see Oshweken speedway get a bum rap over this ,,,but you can see why now Glenn has been voted Promoter of the year 6 times .He`s a racer / owner that really cares for sprint car raceing

Yo' Stan, Crown Royal is made out of that water, not much wrong with it!
Glen Styres shows his class once again, this guy is so good for the sport in so many different ways. The industry could use a dozen more and it might be going forwards not backwards......
