Summary -
Ventura Raceway Parking attendants are the biggest dicks I know of for not letting disabled persons to be dropped off near the front gate.
This is not my only problem that I have had in the past, read my post if you want more detail.

I don't owe Ventura Raceway anything. They in turn owe me nothing. How are they going to "shoot me in the ass". Youre delusional.

I know why USAC is not at Ventura raceway and it is not because USAC decided they would not have sanctioned events at Ventura Raceway.
I am not defending them, they are digging their own hole without my assistance and I will not be laying in it with them to further any business agenda I may or may not have. I just dont like it when so called fans come and run their keyboards without actually possessing facts.
Losing Ventura as a race venue seems as bad to me as losing, Perris, Santa Maria, Bakersfield or Victorville. Spouting off only focusing on the bad seems pointless.

You did not go to VENTURA this past saturday ? and all this complaining about someplace you did not even drive to or spend your money to support my favorite type of racing . there needs to be a rule that if you dont go to and spend to watch.You dont get to complain . and yes Kenny lets .lol and i do hope Ventura turns it around because that would be another track around 100 miles for me to go to again . Can anyone tell me why the track was not redone for the mainevent? ...................................................................................... .
I've seen lots of races over the years at Ventura, and they almost always redue the the track (time permitting). The previous week, they redid it for the few midgets and senior sprints that they had, and the racing was 100% better than what we saw last Saturday night. I would venture to say in the last ten years, the track (Naylor) redoes the the track 90% of the time or more when the sprint cars race........................................................................... .
Like I said previously, I thought the track needed to be redone before the heat races. But that generally is not gonna happen for time reasons.................................................

But time was not a factor this night. "Naylor" took a 20 minute intermission after the sprint car heats to wait for the B-main. And than after the B-main and some quad mainevents, Nalyor took another 45 minute break to let the band play there music. With over an hour in down time, surely Naylor could of done the track if he wanted.............................................................. . .
What was the reasoning behind the decision??????? I have seen many great races on a wide, dry, & slick track, but after awhile it becomes too slick. Normally Ventura produces the best races after it is prepped. .................................... .

Sometimes a track just misses on track preparation, but this is not the case!!!!! THEY HAD TIME TO FIX IT. Not a word from track mgt is deafening!!!!!! Not even a hint that they messed up with arguable one of the best 360 non wing fields of the year. It will be interesting to see how many top teams return for the big $ at the vendors cup next month. Such a shame, Ventura had a great field of cars and a good crowd. Instead of positive feelings for the event and track, it has left a bad taste in everyone mouth (again)...............................................................................

That sucks  about the Vendors cup
That was gonna be the only race I wanted to see at Ventura the rest of the year. But I guess it makes it easier for me deciding to go back to Ventura this year. Hopefully the actual race track surface and mgt will be better in 2013!
On the bright side, there are plenty of great and big open wheel events left at all the other sprint car tracks in central and southern CA

Can anyone tell me why I don't get spacing between paragraphs. I know my grammar is not good, but it is not that bad.
I hit the enter button 3 times, it shows space between the sentences and I bet there is no space again. I guess most of the readers will be happy as I will have to have shorter posts

I've seen lots of races over the years at Ventura, and they almost always redue the the track (time permitting). The previous week, they redid it for the few midgets and senior sprints that they had, and the racing was 100% better than what we saw last Saturday night. I would venture to say in the last ten years, the track (Naylor) redoes the the track 90% of the time or more when the sprint cars race........................................................................... .
Like I said previously, I thought the track needed to be redone before the heat races. But that generally is not gonna happen for time reasons.................................................

But time was not a factor this night. "Naylor" took a 20 minute intermission after the sprint car heats to wait for the B-main. And than after the B-main and some quad mainevents, Nalyor took another 45 minute break to let the band play there music. With over an hour in down time, surely Naylor could of done the track if he wanted.............................................................. . .
What was the reasoning behind the decision??????? I have seen many great races on a wide, dry, & slick track, but after awhile it becomes too slick. Normally Ventura produces the best races after it is prepped. .................................... .

Sometimes a track just misses on track preparation, but this is not the case!!!!! THEY HAD TIME TO FIX IT. Not a word from track mgt is deafening!!!!!! Not even a hint that they messed up with arguable one of the best 360 non wing fields of the year. It will be interesting to see how many top teams return for the big $ at the vendors cup next month. Such a shame, Ventura had a great field of cars and a good crowd. Instead of positive feelings for the event and track, it has left a bad taste in everyone mouth (again)...............................................................................

Spacing has to do with the web browser that you are using. I use Google Chrome and I have the same problem. I also have it with Safari. So if spacing and editing is important I use Internet Explorer. It has so much overhead that goes with it, but in this situation it works.
