Just saw in Hoseheads Press Releases that Jason Sides intends to Sue the World Racing Group due to point fund monies.
I see a good case for Jason, as he should have phone records to prove that he contacted WRG regarding the Fargo race. Unless he is lying (which I doubt), the WRG won't have any phone records to show a judge or jury indicating that they responded or called him back, only thing they have is the original contract (if there is one) from the beginning of the year when Jason signed on as a full-time team with the WoO.
Jason,
Please dump the Outlaws and race where and when you want (similar to Sammy). Seems to this fan (race fan, not necessarrily a Jason Sides fan) that the World Racing Group is trying to become NASCAR and want it both ways.
They treat the teams/drivers like independent contractors when it comes to paying purse/point fund monies or in case anyone gets injured, but then turns around and acts like you are a contracted employee and you aren't allowed to race at other races (similar to an employment contract). It can't be both ways.
Hope you and your team start racing for money only and dump the Outlaws, plenty of well paying races (360 and 410) with a lot less travel.

Sue WRG and get what? The old phrase, "Can't squeeze blood out of a turnip." comes to mind. They are probably about the most poor company on the Stock exchange.
But in light of it. I like the move by Sides. Drivers have to show WRG they won't be pushed around. I hope he wins the World Final and gets a Mic.

Put turnip in jail...? So not paying on a debt, who in WRG would be held as the person thrown in jail? and while in jail how does one pay the debt off?

you people must all remember that without goodyear there would not be a Woo or a world racing group since goodyear is what pays the purse's and the point fund . and as far as finding other places to race for good money racing with woo is not racing for good , well only if u win u r getting good money the rest of the drivers do not make crap!!!!!!!

All he wants is what prize money is rightfully his! 6th place NOT 12th. He's not asking for anymore than that.

Ding Ding Ding.... yes sir, you are the winner!
But, because you didn't ask for permission to answer that question you will not get the grand prize.. You will however get (flips coin) 12th place instead!

Goodyear does not pay the purse, track promoters do! Goodyear helps pay salaries of the big shots that are clueless of running WRG.
i just remembered i was supposed to remember to
remember something but cant remember what i was
supposed to remember.

Goodyear helps pay for the series points purse not the race purses.
